Welcome to week 3 of our Rite Aid +UP Rewards adventure!
Many of you are just starting your Rite Aid couponing adventures and we thought it would be fun to follow Krista, my assistant and a bona fide Rite Aid expert, and see how she can take about $10 out-of-pocket each week and turn it into tons of deals! See the deals from week one and week two.
Here is Krista’s transaction this week (find the specifics of each coupon deal here as I have not listed the coupons she used in each transaction):
2 Schick Quattro disposable razors
2 Banana Boat sunscreen
1 Playtex tampons
Used $2 +UP Rewards from week #2
Paid $18.57, Received $10 +UP Rewards
After this week’s transaction, Krista walked away with the following:
- $10 in +UP Rewards
This week is a good example of how spending a bit more money every once in a while can be strategic — Krista picked up many high-value items that her family truly uses and now she has $10 in +UPs to roll to next week. Spending almost $19 at Rite Aid is certainly not typical, but if you plan well and have the money in your budget, it can be very helpful!
Stay tuned for next week’s installment to see how Krista is going to roll her leftover $10 +UP Rewards to more deals!
