There are reports that the Huggies Register Rewards deal is rolling at Walgreens! This is certainly a YMMV situation (your mileage may vary — may not work at your particular store) but it may be worth the gamble! Remember that your store will most likely “fix” the register so it will not roll for long. Here’s how you would roll the deal:

Transaction #1:

Buy Huggies Jumbo Pack = $8.99
Use $2/1 coupon: IE or FF (-$2)
Use $1/1 Walgreens coupon from Children’s Activity Book (-$1)
Pay $5.99, Get $3 RR

Transaction #2:

Buy Huggies Jumbo Pack = $8.99
Buy small filler item — no particular value needed, just an item for the RR to attach to
Use $2/1 coupon (-$2)
Use $1/1 Walgreens coupon (-$1)
Use $3 RR (-$3)
Pay $2.99+, Get $3 RR

Rinse and repeat! Leave a comment if this works for you!

Thanks, Common Sense With Money!

Accidentally rolled the PullUps yesterday at the Wags on Johnson Creek/82nd and the RR did NOT print. I had the very nice cashier return it and bought it again, he helped me work everything out and I still got my cheap PullUps. The CAB coupon beeped but he adjusted the price of the PullUps down a buck.

I went to the Wags on 82nd & Sunnyside and I didn’t know about the RR rolling. Hip2Save is saying that it is working for some and not others. BTW, the Wags I went to had tons of Coloring books on end cap clearance for $.74 if mom’s are looking for inexpensive gifts for their kids.

Yep, worked for me at the Oak St. store Milwaukie yesterday! My cashier (also the manager, woo hoo) let me do four transactions. So I was able to buy the four packs of diapers, used the spices $1/2 store coupons for the “fillers” and turned around with my RR to buy two packs of the Quilted Northern 9 big rolls for only 99 cents each! Loving Walgreens this week! Cute little pooh bear on the diapers, awww!

I had fun rolling RRs back-n-forth between Dove mens’ body wash & Huggies. Here’s how the scenario works:

#1 Apply 1.50/a printable to 5.99 Dove product. Spend $4.59, receive $6 RR
#2 Apply $6 RR, $2/1 printable, $1/1 store coupon on Huggies and purchase a .39 cup = .38 OOP, receive a $3 RR
#3 Apply 1.50/1 printable and $3 RR to the Dove product (purchase another .39 cup) = 1.88 OOP and receive another $6 CAT – you can see where this is going…

The $3 RR for Kotex is also a Kimberly Clark. I bought them both at the same time (Huggies and Kotex) and both RR printed but I was wondering if I used them back-n-forth how to tell them apart. BUT if the RRs are rolling then for now I guess it doesn’t matter. Has anyone been asked to reliquish their WG coloring book coupon after honoring it?

The Walgreens on 39th and Belmont has this huge sign at the register that says “only one register reward per customer per week.” Pretty clear on thier policy there. Doesn’t really seem right that different stores would have have different policies but, there you go.
