About our contributors
Frugal Living NW is not a one-woman show. I am straight-up blessed to have several talented women on the FLNW team as contributing writers. They add tons of deal and homemaking expertise that I lack and allow me to manage the business side of this blog more effectively and spend much needed time managing my home.

Kate is the “jack-of-all-trades” at Frugal Living NW, bringing you store deals (Fred Meyer, Target), the daily Top Printables post, and many of the Amazon deals. She also posts most of the cooking, crafting, and homemaking links on our Facebook page.
Kate is married to Dave, a crazy Blazer fan, and has three children: Eloise, Lily, and Sam.
Emily is the author of our Frugal Homemaking posts. Emily is married to Ed, a prototype mechanic for a kit plane company, and has two children: Elly and Evan.
Emily is a full full-time homemaker who is passionate about her family and growing, cooking, and eating real food. To balance out the alarming amount of butter, sugar, and flour they consume, the Chesneys spend much of their free time outdoors biking, hiking, camping, and exploring new places.
Brittany is the Safeway, Walmart, and WinCo expert at Frugal Living NW, doing our local deal match-ups as well as updates throughout the week. Brittany is married to Mike, a school teacher, and has four young children: Hailey, Ezra, Jonah and Dax. She lives and breathes for Oregon summers and enjoys just about any outdoor activity you can dream up.
Krista is the Albertsons expert at Frugal Living NW, doing Albertsons double coupon and coupon round-up event posts.
Krista is married to Jed, a nurse, and has three young boys.
Melody is the Frugal Living NW Rite Aid expert. And expert she is! Melody posts quite possibly the most comprehensive weekly Rite Aid coupon match-ups around. She also runs her own frugal living blog, My Beautiful Frugal Life, and lives in the Tri-Cities area in Washington.
Laurie is our New Seasons expert and is amazing at scouring Fred Meyer, Whole Foods and the world wide web for coupons on organic food and natural products. Laurie and her kids also eat a gluten-free diet (her husband, James, is just along for the ride), so she gives us the heads-up the best GF deals.
