For those who participated in the absolute Kellogg’s cereal printable coupon insanity on Saturday (I was able to print 6 from one computer in a matter of hours), here is one way you can use some of those $5/5 Kellogg’s cereal coupons at Fred Meyer this week (these coupons are no longer available):
Select Kellogg’s cereal on sale 50% off through 2/25
- Frosted Flakes (18 oz) on sale $2.66
- Fruit Loops (17 oz) on sale $2.39
- Apple Jacks (17 oz) on sale $2.39
- Strawberry Frosted Mini Wheats (15.5 oz) on sale $2.11
- Little Bites Chocolate Frosted Mini Wheats (15.8 oz) on sale $2.11
- Mixed Berry Frosted Mini Wheats (18 oz) on sale $2.11
- Bite Size Frosted Mini Wheats (24 oz) on sale $2.27
- Raisin Bran (25.5 oz) on sale $1.99
****Deal Scenario****
Buy 10 Raisin Bran = $19.90
Use (2) $5/5 coupons
Pay $9.90, Submit your receipt for $10 Kellogg’s Gas Rewards Card rebate
FREE after coupons & rebate
Note that only Raisin Bran is a part of the gas rebate. You can submit up to 5 rebates per household, but each submission must be in separate envelopes.
I believe there will be more Kellogg’s cereal deals to come before the $5/5 coupons expire, but that’s just a hunch. You will not be overpaying if you take advantage of this deal, especially if your family loves these varieties.
Thanks, Fabulessly Frugal!

I have a question about the rebate. I printed out the form and it says you need to include the UPC. The rebate expires in two months and I am not sure about you but we cannot eat 5 boxes by then. So how do you do it? Do you just cut off the UPC from the boxes and then keep the cereal inside?
Yes, cut the UPC with a razor blade to keep the box whole and usable.
I have found the easiest way to get the upc labels off is to use a razor blade and score the box around the upc code, making sure to just cut through the first layer of cardboard. Then I put a piece of clear shipping tape over the upc label and gently peel off the label and then stick it to a piece of piece of paper. I practiced a few times with other boxes so I could figure out how to do it before I tried it on the rebate boxes. I like to do it so I can still donate the cereal (or anything else) without worrying about giving boxes with holes in them!
Does anybody know if there are any Rice Krispie deals anywhere? I would like to stock up on some for Rice Krispie snacks.
Just read that Top Foods has a sale on Rice Krispies thru today.
I just bought the Kellogg’s Raisin Bran and it was $2.17 a box at Fred Meyer.
Yeah, pricing might vary from store to store. My local Fred Meyer was also $2.17 for Raisin Bran and $1.99 for the various types of Mini Wheats.
There is a new $4/4 Kelloggs coupon at coupons.com (zip code 30303) that just popped up this morning!
It doesn’t match the size of raisen bran on sale. I still printed it, but it won’t work for this sale I don’t think.
Walker Rd Fred Meyers was $2.17 for Raisin Bran. $0.17 a box is still a great price.
Hopefully there will be more $4/4 coupons this afternoon when i get home. I’m starting to consider keeping my laptop and printer in the car so I can print while at work ;~)
If you print the coupon on your laptop, but don’t hook up the printer, when you get home and hook it up, it will shoot it out. Just to keep things easier!
Does anyone know if this is a new rebate? I participated in one last year, and I can’t remember if it ended Dec 31 or not. I’m just wondering if I can participate again, or if this is the same rebate (I did all 5 rebates last year).
I just printed the rebate – it expires 4/30/2012.
Yes, there was another rebate last year. I participated in 2 of them.
The coupon has been relisted as a $4/4 at Coupons.com under zip code 30303.
Do you know if the gas rebate they had last year counts towards the “5 per household” on this rebate? I managed to do 4 rebates before the deadline last year so I didn’t know if I will be able to do 1 or 5 this time around.
this is the last post I can see
i’ve refreshed the page several times and none of the new posts are showing up!? I can see them on facebook and follow the link but when I go directly to the website they aren’t there
Is this on my end or yours? I can’t go without my FLNW!!!
I found the Raisin Bran to be $2.17, not $1.99…still a good buy.
does anyone know where i can get a rebate form? the link is not working.
