Does the wheel appear as soon as you click the 4 coupons? Nothing happened even after I loaded.

Hello- i was having the same problem. I would load coupons onto my card but no blue box came up. I made sure to log out and close my internet tab and go again to fredmeyer.com. Then went to load the coupons onto the card and sign in again. then it popped up for me.
So, might want to try that.
