Safeway has just released a new coupon booklet, Get Out & Grill, filled with Safeway store coupons, which means they can be stacked with manufacturer’s coupons. These coupons expire September 7, 2010.

I tried to use one of the Kraft coupons with my manufacturers coupon and even though it said Safeway, Randalls, Dominicks across the top the checker said it was also a manufactureres coupon and would not take both. Bummer!
my check balked at first since it was on sale for $1.49 and i already had used a $1 manufacture. i asked her to please adjust it down to the sale price and she finally did. it sure looks like a store coupon. it doesn’t say manufacture on it does it?
I would hve accepted the checkers refusal has she said I went over the cost of the item, but she clearly stated her reason for refusal was it is a manufacturers coupon. When I pointed out the Safeway words across the top, she said, no we are taking these as manufacturers coupons.
where in the store did you find these? i was just in my local Safeway and looked all over and didn’t see it.
i found mine sitting on top of the butcher counter. they had a couple of stacks of them.
I found mine near the meat department. I noticed a “holder” attached to the meat section (island type thing) and it was empty so I went to the meat department and asked if they had anymore in the back. They had some. Good luck.
LOL!!! Look at the Ball Park coupon listing. I’m not sure I want those hot dogs. LOL!! Please don’t read criticism here…please read humor.
