Just a heads up: The Target at Jantzen Beach only has the black and red Bic Cristal Pens for $.50. The blue ones are $1.
Same here, only the red & black… which are sold out, along with the scotch tape! Hopefully they re-stock before the week is up!

you can also take the ad to walmart and have them price match…then use the coupon!
I price checked the blue BIC pens and they are 50 cents, but are marked $1.00 on the shelf.
They have this same coupon on tearpads at Fred Meyer. They should be on a cardboard Bic display in the back to school area.
