I moved from Vancouver, Wa. I used to buy Gold-n-soft at Walmart, Now they no longer sell it and no one knows why. Is there anyone in the Phoenix AZ, area that knows where I can buy some? Thanks for any help.

I went to Safeway tonight I bought (3) Gold n Softs and used 3 $1.00 off 1 Catalina mfg from Albertsons. I paid zero and then got THREE $.75 off CATS. Not sure why. The only thing I could think of is the computer system is counting the mfg coupon as items thinking I bought (6)…?? Any other ideas why? I thought the CAT promo was get $.75 per 2 so this was a nice surprise.

Anybody know why I got three $.75 for buying 3 tubs? I bought the regular flavor not lite.

I went last night to use 4 of the 1.50/2 coupons (8 butter’s total). I was told I am unable to use more than one – b/c of the catalina printing. They said that their manager will not allow more than one to be used per day.

I said that doesn’t make sense. The coupon is a valid coupon, courtesy of Gold N Soft and the Catalina that prints is compliments of Gold N Soft too – as well as part of Catalina – Marketing program.

They would not budge.

I can’t understand the rule – or their reasoning. It doesn’t make a lick of sense.

So I did this today. Bought the Lite, and received the coupon as well as 2 $0.75 Cats on purchase of 4 tubs.

Also want to warn everyone to carefully review their Safeway receipts before leaving the store. In my job I shop for Elderly/Disabled clients as well as shopping for my family. Out of 12 Safeway reciepts I had to go to customer service 9 times for credits as well as call the 800 number to try and get a credit for Safeway e coupons that did not deduct. Been over a week and still have not heard back and the nearest store has no record of my $2.00 credit. BE VIGILANT

If you are planning to shop Safeway in Battle Ground, I would choose another store. They have become the most rude checkers I have ever come across. They complain if you happen to get and item for free. They try to find any reason they can as to why they can’t take your coupon. When they can’t find any reason why not they are irritated. The instant you walk in and they happen to notice your coupon binder, they give you sour looks. That would be Sandy. She never smiles and is rude through out the entire transaction. So I went to Dianne line same thing. I called corporate to complain. I was told they do encourage coupons and was writing a complaint for their store manager!

The 50 cent coupons also work when doubled. Yes they print multiple cats.

Yes it freezes well. I’ve got several in the freezer now. When they thaw they look, smell, and taste just like they did before they were frozen.

I have done this so many time, I have got about 50 tubs for free, I then have been rolling it and getting ben and jerry’s for even cheaper I have been sharing with family, well the butter anyways.

I’ve been doing this all month and have 8 tubs of it now…all were FREE! I did look and the expiration dates are March of 2011. I just put them in our extra frig in the garage

I tried this on Friday night at the Safeway closest to me… and I got a .75 cat for every tub I bought! That was a happy surprise!
