All Things Pumpkin: Over 50 pumpkin recipes! Dinner, snacks, desserts and everyting in between!

Ah, pumpkin. There are many delicious and easy pumpkin recipes out there. We’ve complied some of our favorites in this post.

First, a fun fact. In early colonies, pumpkin shells were used as a template for haircuts to ensure a round and uniform finished cut. As a result of this practice, New Englanders were sometimes nicknamed “pumpkinheads.”

Second, before you start making your pumpkin deliciousness you’ll need pumpkin puree. You can make your own pumpkin puree or you can buy from Amazon. I usually stick to organic given that I’m eating large amounts of pumpkin puree throughout the year.

And make sure you check out our What to Buy at Trader Joe’s: Pumpkin Edition post. It lists all the seasonal pumpkin products available at TJ’s plus the prices.

And now, on to the recipes!
