I just had to share the deals we scored this afternoon at Albertsons. Will & Willy shopped together with a detailed shopping list with transactions & coupons paper clipped together. I was super organized. The trip was split into 4 transactions to maximize the Safeway double coupon potential.
Here’s the breakdown by transaction:
Transaction #1: 4 boxes of Kellogg’s cereal & 1 gallon of milk & 2 free cereal bowls
Total OOP = $2.00 (The cashier doubled the 4 coupons to $1 instead of $.50, but the register only deducted $3.29 (actual price) for the milk instead of $4.50.)
Transaction #2: 4 boxes of Kellogg’s cereal & 1 gallon of milk & 2 free cereal bowls
Total OOP = $2.79 (Correct doubling & $4.50 off for the milk)
Transaction #3: 2 bags of Rosetto Ravioli & 6 cans of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom soup
Total OOP = $4.80
Transaction #4: 3 boxes Jolly Time Popcorn, 1 bag Rosetto Ravioli & 3 cans of COM soup
Total OOP = $5.73; we will receive a $5 Albertsons gift card for the Jolly Time Popcorn

And just for fun, the big kids wanted to pose for a pic. When I said, “Smile,” Willy replied, “I am.” Interesting smile, bud. Audrey, of course, has never taken a bad picture in her entire life.
