I love this list! Shore Acres in Coos Bay has gorgeous Christmas lights in the gardens and the caretaker house is always open for cookies and cider!…. http://www.shoreacres.net/16thHolidayLights.htm

In Keizer, there is a drive through Christmas light display that is free. Here is a link: http://www.keizerfire.com/Page.asp?NavID=354

We took our kids 4 different nights last year. One of the times we brought the wagon and walked it. They really enjoy it, and best of all, it’s FREE!

This list is GREAT. I know I’m asking a lot, but you can always say, “no.” Is there any way you could sort these by date (current at top, New Year’s at bottom) and re-post? That way we can refer to it the whole season and still see what’s left to do. Just an idea.

Portland Christian Center puts on an amazing, huge, professional quality concert each year. Totally free, but you have to reserve tickets. There are ten performances over two weekends, so you’re bound to find one that fits your schedule.

This isn’t the church we go to, but it’s definitely one of the highlights of the Christmas season for our family. :)

I would love a list for Eastern Oregon and SE Washington…or even a blog that is in the know about these things in my area!

These are some great ideas…does anyone know where there might be a “live nativity” within an hour drive of Portland?
