BEWARE! We took advantge of this deal, and redeemed our voucher on Sunday.
From the moment we walked in, we felt unwelcome. They have a bunch of surly, unmotivated slackers working there. Although I told the young man at the front this was our first time there, were not welcomed in any way and the voucher was not explained to us. We were just let in to figure it out for ourselves. There was a lot of confusion on the part of the staff about where to get the golf clubs and about pizza toppings. The staff was not helpful in any way what so ever, and acted like we were interrupting their social hour. (The place was nearly empty, but from the apparent mess, they must have had a couple birthday parties earlier in the day.) There were dirty tables, water on the floor and plenty of other things they should have been attending to. I did complain to the manager, Tony whom at first had the same blank stare and strange affect as the rest of his employees. Once he snapped out of it, and realizd how unhappy I was, he spoke to the employees, and I did notice some improvement in their morale.
The pizza was OK, (brought to us with no plates) but the arcade leaves a lot to be desired. The jungle gym is cool, but is suspiciously duct taped on some of the net holdings. (This concernd my husband) The only cool thing was the minature golf, and with this voucher only 2 people get to play it, it will cost you more if anyone else in your party is interested. Keep in mind that the bouncers are not included in this voucher, and you have to pay extra for that as well. This was not explained to us, and we went into the bounce room. All of the ligts were off, and when we turned them on there were two huge bouncers. A staff member came in, and tried to explain to us in broken english that we needed a bracelet to be n there. Another thing that no one felt was worth mentioning to me. We left the room, much to the dissapointment of my daughter.
All in all, tis was not a good experience, and I would suggest using a coupon & going to John’s Incredible Pizza, or doing something else with your $25.
