I just found $5 Dinners, a blog devoted to helping you make inexpensive, healthy and balanced dinners for less than $5 a night! Since my grocery budget allows for $10 a day, budgeting $5 for dinner is right on target for me.
It looks like the author likes to cook and uses variety in her menu, so I know quite a few of you will appreciate her ideas and hard work. This post gives some great suggestions on how to hit that $5 per dinner target.
