Yesterday I walked you through how to register your Safeway Club Card with Cellfire. The process is basically the same with Shortcuts. Again, I highly suggest you just get your account set up now so you’re ready to take the eCoupon plunge.
Today I’m going to show you how to load eCoupons to your Safeway Club Card. I’m going to use Cellfire in this example.
STEP ONE: Go to Cellfire’s site.
I always link you via my affiliate link, which means Cellfire pays me a tiny bit of money for every eCoupon you load to your card. You are under no obligation to use my link, of course — you can always just go to Cellfire.com. Here’s the funky part. Sometimes the affiliate link displays limited eCoupons (or no eCoupons in today’s case). I have no clue why. When this happens, just click the eCoupons you want and then click “Get Selected Coupons.” You will then be taken to the complete listing. If there’s no eCoupons to click, just click the Cellfire logo in the upper left corner.
STEP TWO: Log into your account. Enter the phone number and year of birth that you used to register.
STEP THREE: Click “Browse Offers”
Your screen will display some coupons, but you want all of the available ones listed.
STEP FOUR: Load eCoupons. To start, hover your mouse over a product.
Then “Click for details” to find out the specifics of a certain eCoupon.
Now you will be able to know if it’s a $1/1 or a $1/2 coupon and when it will expire. Click the black & white X to get out of this screen.
If you want to load that particular eCoupon, simply click “Save to Card.”
Once it’s loaded, the product will have a green & white check mark on it. This means the eCoupon is ready to be redeemed! Repeat this process for each eCoupon you want loaded to your card.
Early next week, I will show you strategies to manage your eCoupons so you can keep track of what’s on your card and how to prepare for your shopping trips!
