*HOT* 20% off all OMSI memberships

by Angela Davis on October 27, 2011

OMSI is offering 20% off a yearly memberships when you use the code BW11OMSI at checkout. The code is working on new, gift and renewal memberships. I don’t know how long this code will work, so I suggest you jump on the deal if you’re interested. OMSI offers membership discounts very infrequently.

  • OMSI for 2 — $64 after discount
  • Family (2 adults + 4 kids) — $76 after discount
  • Family Plus (2 adults + 4 kids + 1 guest) – $96 after discount
  • Friend (2 adults + 8 kids + 2 guests) – $116 after discount

You will get to pay extra to see the Body Works exhibit (a lot extra, from what I hear). Your OMSI membership will grant you free admission to over 290 science centers across the nation and worldwide, including the Museum of Flight and the Pacific Science Center in Seattle.

If you have grandkids or plan to purchase a gift for a family with children, forgo buying more stuff and get them an OMSI membership. I don’t know of a kid who doesn’t love that place.

Thanks, Melissa!

chrystal … make sure you delete the extra space if you copied the code. It didn’t work for me the first time, then I deleted the extra space and it worked.

The Pacific Science Museum in Seattle is hosting King Tut in 2012. It starts May 24, 2012. If you buy the OMSI membership, you’ll be able to use this to cover your admission to King Tut as well.

It might be worth checking into one of the museums that has reciprocal benefits with OMSI. We are members of the Museum of Cultural and Natural History at the U of O and our friends are with the Science Factory all here in Eugene. Membership here is considerably less than at OMSI but we have the same benefits as members do there. We were just there this weekend… AMAZING!! FYI – the Body Exhibit is $16 additional per person. Needless to say we skipped it!

Is it unlimited, or do they give you a one time pass?
