TUESDAY: Beef Stroganoff, Roasted Veggies – sliced parsnips, carrots, zucchini, summer squash, and mushrooms. Spray a 9×13 inch pan with cooking spray. Season with seasoned salt or garlic salt and pepper. Cook at 400 for 20-30 minutes depending on how soft you want them.
THURSDAY: Spinach and Sausage Stuffed Shells, Green Beans
FRIDAY: Left overs
SATURDAY: It’s my hub’s birthday so he gets all his favorites! Butterfly Chicken, Scalloped Potatoes Supreme, Green Bean Casserole, Ice Cream Cake (We may pass out from delight and gluttony after tonight!)
SUNDAY: Crockpot Chicken and Mushroom Fettucine Alfredo, Green Salad
