I haven’t posted (or made) a menu plan for weeks and I have noticed the difference. I spend more money on going out to eat and am more frustrated with making dinner. So, I’m solving the problem this week!
Monday — Chicken Pot Pie — I’m going to do something like this one, except with chopped broccoli & chicken breast cooked in the crockpot.
Tuesday — CrockPot Pot Roast — the most delicious pot roast I have ever had.
- Brown pot or chuck roast in skillet with some oil
- Put meat in crockpot
- Add the juice of a can of olives — I know, I was surprised too!
- Sprinkle one package of dry onion soup mix on top of roast
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
Wednesday — District basketball game, eat out? leftovers?
Thursday — District basketball game…again.
Friday — CrockPot Baked Ziti
