Sunday: Pot Roast in the crockpot with potatoes & carrots, salad & biscuits–already consumed. Super yummy! Used beef & potatoes I picked up from New Seasons during their loss leader sale (still going on!).
Monday: Steak or burgers (whatever the husband chooses), Easy & Delicious Mock Risotto, cauliflower
Tuesday: Spaghetti (sauce in the crockpot–freeze extra), broccoli
Wednesday: Sausage, Ravioli & Spinach Soup (I will ask Kate for a recipe), salad, bread, peas for the kids

Weekend: We’re heading to my parent’s house to help a friend rebuild his bathroom, so we will raid their fridge.
Lunch Ideas: cheese roll-ups, sandwiches, ravoli
Breakfast Ideas: eggs, oatmeal, yogurt (hoping Nana will make us some), soaked pancakes–if I’m brave enough. I have some sour raw milk, so I hope to try this out for the first time.
