UPDATE: I checked with my husband, who is the Grade B maple syrup expert in our family, and this deal is at least $20 per gallon cheaper than the best deal he is able to find anywhere on the internet.
We switched from fake syrup to organic Grade B maple syrup a few years ago. Unfortunately, the price has gone up dramatically in the few months so we have gone without. Amazon currently has a great deal on Coombs Family Farms 100% Pure Organic Grade B Maple Syrup (32 oz) — we just might stock-up at this price. Here’s how to do the deal:
:: Go to Amazon and select the “Subscribe & Save” option right under the “Add to Cart” button to save 15%. I always choose the 6 month option to buy myself lots of time to remember to cancel.
:: When you checkout, use the code CMBSNOVE to save an additional 10%.
:: After your order has shipped (and not before then), log into your Amazon account and cancel the Subscribe & Save option. It’s super easy and only takes a few seconds.
Your total should be around $14.85 after the 25% discount. You will get FREE two-day shipping with Amazon Prime or FREE Super Saver shipping with orders over $25.
Thanks, The Thrifty Mama!

Have you tried this brand before? We haven’t done real maple syrup yet because of the price– I just usually look for whatever doesn’t have high fructose corn syrup.
It’s really good and also really versatile. We use it in baking, over oatmeal, and obviously on pancakes. I think it tastes better than most syrups.
I like Costco’s too, but there’s is Grade A. Grade B is the purer form and has most of the nutrients still in it.
Thanks for that info. I just recently got a great deal on Grade A Coomb’s syrup. I didn’t know that Grade B would actually be the best for us.
Thank you for posting this. I used to get the maple syrup at Costco but I let my membership expire there about a year ago because I just didn’t use it enough to make it worth it after I started couponing. My husband just told me the other day that I need to start buying real syrup again so this made it easy for me!
thank you for posting this deal!
Thanks! Hubby loves maple syrup. I forgot the additional savings code the first time and am so glad Amazon lets you cancel an order
Got mine. Thanks!
Costco has maple syrup for $12.55/quart. It’s not organic, but it’s really good and way better than that fake stuff.
You know, I’ve been thinking about this for the past day. The ethics of this aren’t sitting well with me. This is a family farm trying to eek out an honest living, providing a quality product. If it were Costco brand or some other multi-million dollar chain, it wouldn’t bother me as much. They are offering a greatly reduced price, counting on the fact that you’ll be on auto-reorder with them.
What is unethical? If you’re talking about canceling the auto-reorder with Amazon, they aren’t losing out on anything. The farm/company) aren’t counting on your re-ordering, Amazon is. It’s a way for them to boost their business. Amazon does it for two reasons: 1. convenience for the customer, 2. hope you’ll forget and they can get more money from you!
Amazon has already purchased the product from the farm/company. This is not a direct ship.
If they are selling through Amazon, they already are either barely covering costs or loosing a small amount on each sale. Producers usually go to Amazon when they have excessive or end of the season overstock they need to dump, or when they are looking to reach a wider audience – in which case the loss per sale is considered a marketing expense. If the deal gets you to buy it, that’s what they want. (This method is cheaper than free samples and achieves the same thing – it gets you to try a new product.) Then you can decide if you like it. If you you want to support the family after having tried it, buy your next bottle directly from them. It will be more $$ but a greater percentage will go directly to the producer.
BTW, thanks! I love Grade B syrup but have been without for a while because of the high prices. Snapped up a bottle of this and can’t wait to try it!
I have been wanting to switch over to real maple syrup and this gave me the incentive to try it. Thanks. Can’t wait to taste it! Not sure why, but it gave me free shipping without Amazon Prime or my total going over $25.
Trader Joe’s also sells Grade B Maple Syrup for a great price: $16.99 for 32 oz. Not quite as cheap as this Amazon deal, but still a good price.
