Are you new to Restaurant.com? Here’s how it works:
1. Go to Restaurant.com.
2. Enter your zip code or closest major city.
3. Scroll through the available restaurants
4. Add certificates to your cart
5. Enter the code CLEARANCE and 80% will be deducted from your total — this code is valid through August 31. You can use paypal or a credit/debit card to pay for your purchases.
6. The certificates will be added to your account. When you are ready to redeem a particular certificate, just print it from your account and give it to your server.
Important details to note:
- Read the fine and medium sized print. In most cases your bill total must be $35-$50 in order to redeem a $25 certificate.
- Some restaurants add a gratuity to the bill for you. If they don’t, please remember to tip on the total bill, not the actual cash amount you pay.
- There is no minimum purchase so feel free to just get one certificate if you’re hesitant.
- You do not need to print the certificates right now. I just leave them in my account until I’m ready to use them.
- Certificates expire one year from date of purchase.

I love 4th Street Brewing in Gresham. I also have used one at On Deck in the Pearl District, fun place for Happy Hour! I picked a new one up with this deal Cascade Grill, never been there but it looks nice.
Can you use more than one gift certificate at a time? I.e., two of the $50′s at one sitting?
No, one at a time. They are pretty strict on that one.

Mudai Ethiopian is our favorite! We read some mixed reviews on the place before we went, only to find it to be the most authentic (after living two years in Ethiopia) Ethiopian cuisine we had ever experienced outside of Ethiopia! You MUST try it.
My husband loves the Blue Nile, also on Broadway, but they are not with Restaurant.com (yet!). Thanks for the recommendation. We’ll try it out!
We love happy hour at Aquariva. Beautiful setting, excellent service, fabulous food. You only have to spend $35 to use your $25 certificate, and it actually takes some effort to spend that much, unless you’re buying expensive drinks.
Bryant Station in dwntown Gresham is fantastic. It’s a quiet upscale place, perfect for a date night without kiddos. The menu is fantastic and changes often with seasonal specialties… check out their website.

Has anyone have problems redeeming certificates that you purchased? I couldn’t redeem my certificates (said the number is not valid,) and Restaurant.com is not answering my emails.
