It’s Monday again! Now is the time to menu plan if you haven’t done so already.
Here is my plan for the week:
Monday: Crockpot Meatloaf with salad
Tuesday: Crockpot Broccoli Beef with Sweet Potato Fries ( these are so good, had to do a repeat)
Wednesday: Baked Teriyaki Chicken with sauteed mushrooms and onions, salad
Thursday: dinner at friends
Friday: Husband’s work party
Saturday: My sister and I are headed to our dad’s cabin for some scrapbooking fun and we haven’t talked about our food planning yet
Wow, I am off the hook with cooking half the week, fun for me! My husband and 2 year old are going to have to fend for themselves until Sunday night while I am away, which means there will be large amounts of Top Ramen served. How nutritious.
Next week will be featuring some new recipes for me to try in the (yep, you guessed it) crockpot as Monday I am going to be picking up our quarter of a cow! We will actually have something other than ground beef and chicken finally!
