I hit the Superkids Resale children’s consignment event on Thursday afternoon and I stocked up!
- 2 pants
- 3 pajamas
- 5 dresses
- 6 shirts
- 3 jackets
- 4 outfits (shirt/pant sets)
- 1 travel pack & play crib
- 1 boy shirt (the lone non-baby purchase)
I picked up all of this for $84. I realize that I could find better prices at garage sales, but there is no way I’d find this selection at one garage sale. Nor could one garage sale give the 5 children under my supervision such a great time (yes, that was my son with Crocs strapped around his ankles, sliding across the floor, covered in dirt). And considering that I’m starting this baby’s wardrobe from scratch, I need all the help I can get!
By the way, can you tell that I had my ultrasound? We’re having a girl! This is the first time we’ve found out the gender of our baby (and had an ultrasound period) and it’s pretty fun to buy clothing in another color than yellow and green.
Have you stopped by any consignment events this season and scored any great deals? Go here to find upcoming sales in the Pacific Northwest!
