It looks like Rite Aid is discontinuing the $3 off $15 survey coupons that print on the bottom of your receipt. This may be why some of you haven’t been receiving them for awhile. I did receive a survey on my receipt yesterday, but there was nothing about a $3 coupon written with the survey code.
According to Rite Aid’s customer service, any receipts dated July 11th through July 26th with a survey code printed on them AND instructions on how to print the $3 coupon will act as the coupon itself. If your local store will not honor these, please contact Rite Aid’s customer service.
I also found this on their Facebook page:
We apologize for any difficulties you are experiencing with the $3 off a $15 purchase coupon offered for participating in our customer satisfaction survey. The offer is no longer available, but our stores will honor any receipts that have the survey invitation already printed on them. Simply present the receipt with the survey invitation at the time of checkout.
I know some of you may be disappointed, but I imagine Rite Aid will come out with a new way to save soon. After the $5 off $25 coupons were discontinued, they came out with these new $3 coupons. I still have found some really fantastic deals, just by taking advantage of the Single Check Rebate offers and rolling +UP Rewards.
