Rite Aid has Old Spice and Secret on sale 2/$5 with $1 +up reward. I used (1) $1/2 old spice and (2) buy one old spice deoderant, get one body wash free (June P&G Brandsaver), and (1) $3 survey coupon. Got 2 deoderants and 2 body wash for $4 and change (about a 75% savings). The only caveat was that the cashier had to ring it up manually and do bogos on bodywash and deoderant because the coupon stated “of equal or lesser value”. Still a sweet deal if your cashier is nice enough to make it work 🙂

I went to rite aid tonight to get the schick hydro 3 razors that are bogo. They were priced $9.29, and I was able to use the $4/1 coupon from this Sundays paper on each one. So for $1.29 I got both (I had six coupons so i bought six razors) and the cashier didn’t say anything and the register took all the coupons just fine. The refills were priced at $8.79 for four cartridges also bogo and combined with the $2/1 coupon that I used on each on I was able to get two sets of refills for $4.79. Total was $18.24 for six razors and six boxes of refills. I thought that was a pretty good deal. This was at the rite aid in Eugene Oregon.

Oh no! When I was writing the match ups, I checked the site and the coupon was for ANY A&H toothpaste. They must have changed it in the last few days. Sorry for the confusion!

It occurred to me-that as the bayer deal is limit one, you can do that one and buy a second one & use the rebate (next to the coupon in the SS) on that one, and get two free!

Curiously, my RA charged me $3.86 (not $3.99). Normal price was $4.29 so the computer apparently decided my 10% Wellness discount was a better deal than the sale price. After $2 mq and $1.99 +UP, it went from FREE to $0.13 overage. Every bit helps in this economy…

You can refill it yourself, it just takes some muscle to pry the top off. We refill ours all the time, but my hubby has to wrestle it open.

My clever little husband drilled a small hole in the top and I just refill it with a little squirt bottle. This way I can water down the soap a little bit as I feel it squirts out too much soap. works great!!!!! Plus you really can’t see the hole on top.

Price also confirmed in Vancouver, WA. I’m filling out the “Try Me Free” rebate peelie but it clearly states twice that the rebate will be for the price paid AFTER discounts and coupons. I used an old UP reward to pay towards the balance…I wonder if that counts and if that means they’ll only send out $.33…?? What do you suppose?

The clean and simple is the only type for the SCR.
My confusion is that the wording in the SCR flyer says conditioner, but the picture shows shampoo and conditioners! I figured it would be very unusual to have conditioner only, so took a chance and got a shampoo as I didn’t really want conditioner.

If you entered your receipt into the SCR, please let us know if the shampoo gets qualified. My small RA only carries the shampoo version of Clean and Simple.

Looks like the Healthy Touch hand soap system was a regional deal. I noted that in my full match ups, because I just wasn’t sure. I’m not positive at all where in the country it is actually on sale, but I didn’t want to not post it just in case we did get the deal. 🙂

Their new policy states that you can only use ONE cents off coupon with a BOGO coupon (used to be 2) and that you can’t use a BOGO coupon on a BOGO promotion.

You actually can use a BOGO coupon with a cents off coupon, per the new policy. You can’t use two cents off coupons on a BOGO promotion (this was the big change). Here’s the new wording on the policy:

A customer can use one “cents off” coupon in conjunction with the item they are purchasing on a Buy One Get One Free promotion (or with a Buy One Get One Free coupon

      I know, it’s not super clear. 🙂

      Judy M,
The P&G Everyday Savings Booklet was available quite awhile ago (can’t remember the exact date) as a P&G rebate. If you sent in your receipts totaling $50 of P&G products they would send you a coupon book. It is no longer available. However, the coupons in this book expire on 6/30/11, so hopefully they will have another rebate offer soon!

They had it where you filled out a form, and they mailed it – no receipts required. I’m betting they’ll do something similar again, but be forewarned that it’s one of those sign-ups that will probably run out quickly, since so many people are couponing now. Keep an eye out on these blogs and their FB and websites.

About the Dr. Scholl’s deal: Rite Aid has been posting all over facebook that the ad doesn’t have the whole deal. You have to buy $15 of Dr. Scholl’s for the reward to print. They would probably honor it at customer service if you just bought one, but you would have to wait for the reward to come in the mail rather than at the register. Just a heads up! 🙂

Wanda’s right, they probably will have signs up all over the store about the error. They may actually have it fixed in some of the printed ads. It’s still an okay deal if you need these items, let us know what kind of scenarios your come up with!
