Do J4U coupons and printed mqs stack?

Never mind. I found the answer. I could have sworn that they’ve stacked before… even with the loadable mqs.

Note C&H $0.50 on white sugar, $0.40 on brown sugar in today’s paper. Should make the sugar $0.99 and $1.19 after doubler.

The Mother’s cookies are on the 5/$5 sale.
    buy 5 bags Mother’s cookies for $10
    buy 2 gallons of milk
    use 2 hanging q’s, (save $1per 2bags of cookies) -$2
    use doubler -$1
= $7 for 5 bags or pkgs of cookies plus the cost of milk.
    then I got a Catalina for $4!
maybe someone wants to write that up prettier 🙂

How do I use the catalina if I only get it after I do the deal? I’m confused why you say something is free when I pay for it. It seems to me I would have to go back through and do another deal to make use of the catalina. I’m confused.

      Christy,
Catalinas can be confusing! You are correct that you would have to use the catalina in a later transaction after earning it. In my opinion earning catalinas only makes sense if you are a regular shopper at the store you earn it at because of this. I shop at Safeway at least once a week so I know if I earn a catalina I will be able to easily use it the next time I shop. When you see a scenario listed as free after earning a catalina it’s because we (regular shoppers) consider the catalina equal to receiving cash back since it can be used on most items in the store.
Make sense? Feel free to ask anymore questions you have!

Yes this is a good place to ask questions. Another way to get your money back-often we do the catalina deals more than once-so on the next purchase when you use the catalina-then you do get that bottom line price.
Make sure you do the next catalina deal in a separate purchase-as you can’t get more than one at a time. Also when you use the catalina to pay-you have to make sure your total is above 0 (I like it to be more than 0-just to make sure I don’t make any cashiers nervous:-)

Good find. This deal requires either the in-ad cpn or J4U download. Bonus: there are cpns in today’s paper: $.50 off the granulated, $.40 off brown or powdered. (The powdered is not $1.99, other 2 are.) As low as $.99 per 4-lb bag with cpn and Doubler.

After what seems like months of no free J4U items, I got 3 this week: Pepsi Next; Amp energy drink; Resource nat spring water. I’ll drink to that! Also free Jose Ole nacho bites if I buy taquitos.

Brita users, I noticed in my justforyou coupon deals that I have $5 OFF Brita Pitcher or refills and SAVE $5 off any Brita system or filters. I think one is a store Q and one is a MQ so they should stack.

Hefty slider storage/freezer bags are part of the buy 5 save $5 mix and match deal. Had 2 $1/2 Qs which were doubled, making it $1.45/5 so $.29 each!

That explains it then, I had a personalized price of .45 each, so the 20 I bought would have been under $10. Thanks!

Thank you for posting these deals! 😀 I did call customer service (the 1-800) and they said the Buy 5 Save $5 is in increments of 5. I can’t say either way from experience because when I purchased 8 of the items none of the promo amounts came off. 🙂 Customer service fixed it for though. Hopefully it was just a glitch

        That’s weird, Howard!
When I redeemed my freebie Amp last week I actually made money on it! Didn’t notice until I got home that it was on sale for $1.50 but the register automatically took $2.29 off so I made .79 on it. They must of figured out what was happening last week and reset the coupon limit to $1.50.
I would have gladly gave you mine, it tastes even worse than Mountain Dew-yuck! I should have known better than to try it, haven’t found an energy drink that I can stomach yet. I’ll just stick to my daily IV feeding of Diet Dr Pepper and Diet Coke thankyouverymuch!

I basically live on those same diet drinks and Powerade Zero. I do like NOS energy drink–FM had a free one a couple weeks ago. And I dislike Mountain Dew too.
