    WELL think of this senorio:

At my safeway this starter kit is 4.99 plus BOGO. I can technically use 2 $4.00 off and there is an overage of $3.01!!!!!!!!!! Has anyone tried THIS?

I called my store and ordered 80 that will be an overage of $120.00 IF IT WORKS and that will cover my ENTIRE grocery bill!

I thought Safeway’s coupon policy prohibits using a coupon on a free item — in fact, if I recall correctly, it calls out the “Buy One Get One Free” specifically. Can anyone confirm?

This worked fine for me at the Woodstock Safeway. (They won’t double internet printables.) I just installed it…there is a savings tri-fold in the box with 3 coupons:
2 – $3/1 SB One Step Starter Kit
    1 – B1G1 SB One Step refill

I think the refills were on the B1G1 sale at Safeway. So, I should be able to go back and get 2 free refills with this coupon, right?

They only had the $10.99 kit at my store but I purchased a couple other things and got a print out for a free 8×8 photo book from Shutterfly!

I didn’t see the kits of this anywhere at the Esplanade Safeway. However they had the gel stick kits for the same price so I tried it and the clerk pushed it through.

Hi guys, I checked into this deal yesterday. Yes Safeway says it is 10.99 and not BOGO BUT if you check the SKU code on the bottom and it says: 2570070703 then it will ring up as 4.99. Then when you use your 4.00 off coupon and doubler – Its down to 0.49 cents total. Hope this helps anyone who was confused like myself 🙂

Didn’t work at the Commercial store in Sale OR. They were $10.99-no bogo on this particular product. Did anyone get it to work in Salem, and if so, where??

This worked for me in Medford, Oregon. No questions asked. It was BOGO and they were 4.99 each. Used (2) $4/1 and bought 4. Plenty on the shelves.

Worked for me at 122nd & Powell Safeway, and it can be mix and match on scrubbing bubbles items so I got 3 of the kits (4.99 each) and 3 bathroom cleaners (3.99 each) made the bathroom cleaners free and each kit for 49cents with doubler!

Worked great for me, except I used a doubler and that made them 2 for .49 cents! I went to the 181st and Powell Safeway.

If you go to Safeway.com and log in or create an acct if you don’t have one. Then just go to Just for U and load coupons. Then you can print or email the list.

Has anyone been able to print off the coupon this morning? It goes through the whole process of it saying that it is printing but it never does…I tried on all 3 of our computers and got the same thing everytime.

Regarding the Scrubbing Bubbles Starter Kit! If they are on sale for BOGO at 9.99 then 2/9.99 and 2 coupons at $4 each would be – $8 leaving a balance of $1.99 making them each .99 cents. RIGHT?

Well I just went and tried and it worked like a dream no questions asked. Online states that they are “starter kits”

There are kits that are technically refill kits that have the complete system in it. It has a yellow box down the side and says 1 refill and bonus machine. So it is essentially the starter kit, but it is a refill with a bonus, so YMMV as to whether the starter kit coupon will work because it does say it is a refill with a bonus. It does not say starter kit anywhere on the box. One store had it on an endcap only not on the regular shelves. HTH!

Item pictured is 10.99 and not on buy one get one. There is a smaller size avaliable but does not state that it is a starter kit. Can anyone confirm this?
