Hi,
Don’t know where to post but had an issue yesterday at Safeway & am still ticked off today! I decided to really get into the coupon game so we can save money & in the past in Calif I have saved money big time
Last we I took a Safeway double coupon plus four manufactured coupons to checkout & saved alot. All were doubled with no question. Yesterday I did the same thing expecting the same result, right? Nope!
Got ready to pay & was surprised when the register did not double my coupons. I recieved .50c for each coupon plus coupon value. When I asked about it they told me “it has always been this way!” So double coupons means we don’t double! It does not say it on the double coupon, nor is it posted. What is up with that?? It’s bad enough that the Sunday paper has very little in coupons here & now no doubling. How do you save?
Not happy! Lol!
