I believe the Kix coupons are DND, so you will have to find a cashier willing to double them for you. Looking forward to getting some Post coupons in the mail today! :) I hope there’s some left!

At Sunnyside the Dawn hand renewal was on clearance for $1.97. Use $1/1 from the P&G Home Made Simple savings booklet plus 1 double to get these for free!

At the Sunnyside Albertsons the big yellow cart up at the front has boxes of Gillette fusion power razors and disposable razors marked for clearance. There are a bunch of coupons out for those right now, makes for some really cheap nice razors with the doublers. They also restocked the 3 pack of Tree Top 100% juice, $1 each, use the $1/2 printable and a doubler, and they’re free.

Michelle, maybe we’ll run into each other at the Albs on Sunnyside! There were lots of clearance cleaners…I got some good deals with my home mailer q’s too. :)

Question about the ALL detergent:
so $2.99 for a 100 oz (64 load) bottle isn’t a great deal? Since I’m new to this whole thing, what would be a good deal for detergent? I’ve always paid for the detergent at Costco, so this seemed pretty good to me…

You may be right. I just assumed it was the 32 oz. bottle. I’ll remove my comment as it’s probably a good deal!

It’s not the 100 oz bottle, it’s the 50 oz one. I got a few bottles because I did need them, I thought $2.99 was a decent deal for HE. The cheap detergent I always see is never HE compatible, so this was an ok deal for me.

Susan – This is actually around my stock up price when you figure it out by load (5 cents/load). All detergent at Costco is 12 cents/load, so just to give you an idea. In our local ad, it was for the 100 oz bottle and there is a $2/1 coupon from the 2-7 RP that would save you a double.

Susan, I got All concetrated 3x detergent a while back from Safeway and paid .50 each. So even twice that for the 64 load (mine was the 32 load) would be $1. So if you can, wait for a better deal. But if it is better than Costco, and you need it, then I would buy one.

Is the Old Orchard juice still part of the Chill promo? It was not listed as so in this weeks ad. Is the cat still printing this week when you buy 10 Old Orchard?

Reply

Angela March 18, 2010 at 3:27 pm

Yes, the Old Orchards is still apart of the CHILL deal and will work like I previously posted.

What about the Dreyers Ice Cream coupons? $1/1 mf coupon I got out of one of the inserts… not sure which one. I wonder if it was regional (NE Portland) but they can even be doubled! Can we use 3 mf coupons on the BOG2 deal? If you can, the ice cream would be .49 for 3 of them!! Plus throw in one juice and you’ll get a $10 catalina. Hopefully the CHILL deal calculates before the 2 FREE kicks in for the ice cream.

You’re right!! That makes me so sad! I was saving them for a deal just like this :(

Can you use the $10 cat from the chill promo on the cereal deal or does it have to be frozen foods?

Jen March 19, 2010 at 11:26 am

Has anyone tried the dreyers scenerio? That seems like such an incredible deal!

Erin L March 19, 2010 at 11:43 am

i just did the dreyers deal…i had an old $2/2 q from some nestle booklet that was sent out and also purchased 5 juices and 2 pizzas and got the cat with no problems. was shocked that everything i wanted was still in stock!

I just went yesterday to get the Smart Ones as part of the CHILL deal. I spent 11.64 and got the $10 CAT. After my purchase a few more “coupons” printed, one of them being a promo “coupon”. It said you can buy 3 OR 4 participating Kelloggs cereals and get the milk coupon, 5-6 gets 2 milk coupons, 7-8 gets THREE milk coupons… The deal is WAY better if you only buy 3 cereals!!

$2.49 x 3 = 7.47
-(3) $1 mf coupons
- $3 doubles (if the cashier lets you double them since they’re DND)
TOTAL $1.47 but get a FREE milk coupon for up to $4.19

If I remember right the milk coupon automatically scans at $4.19 when you go to use it… I could be wrong though.

I just tried the Dreyers scenario and it DIDN’T work. So bummed. The customer service lady said that it was because they are buy 1 get 2 free, and it only counts as buying 3 when you actually get 9. What the heck? I’m frustrated….

I just did the Dreyer’s deal at the Sunnyside location and it worked perfectly. Just no one tell my husband just how much ice cream we have in the basement freezer!

Can I use a CHILL cat that I received at Safeway towards a purchase made at Albertsons? I would love to use it on ice cream deal they have going.
