essentially FREE with doubles!
Alright! You changed it from 5 and 5 for this better deal!
so $2 for a 10 pound bag of potatoes seems awful cheap – has anyone made french fries and or mashed potatoes and frozen them?
That’s the best price I’ve seen in a LONG time. I made the Oven Fries from this recipe and they came out perfect. You cook them briefly, then flash freeze and then fully cook when you are ready to eat. They came out deliciously crispy and froze really well! http://thecouponproject.com/2010/04/guest-post-what-to-do-with-10-pounds-of-potatoes.html
THANKS! Bookmarking now! I figure I can make mashed potatoes and french fries a LOT cheaper then even the boxes (though if we can get the 50/2 and doubler they’d be free this week – thats hard to beat
)
Free is hard to beat, but these taste eight zillion times better, I promise!
With the General Mills promotion, if anyone doesn’t have a school to donate their 25 bonus boxtops + 10 bonus boxtops (from a separate print-out you would receive in most cases), please think of me! I would love to collect any codes that you will not be using. iris.cox at gmail dot com
I have kids in 4th, 3rd and kindergarten at a Portland public elementary school.
Thanks!
Where is the $0.75/3 Hamburger helper coupon at? I cant seem to find it. . .Thnx!
If you are going to place a special order for this weeks sale. Do you need to do it today (tuesday) or can you do it on Wednesday? Also can you do it over the phone or do you have to go in person? Never done one – and want to for this week. Thanks so much!
It depends on your store. Call and ask to speak to the frieght mgr.
The Ronzoni $1/1 Q actually expires on the 10th, so we wouldn’t be able to use it.
This sale starts tomorrow-the 7th, and is free even without a double-so just use it by the 10th!
That totally makes sense. I was so focused on doubles I didn’t even think of that. Thanks!
Just FYI. I almost bought some of the Mahi Mahi a few weeks ago on sale until I realized it was per piece – per very small piece. It looked to be maybe 4 or 6 ounces. At the same time, Safeway had it for about $8.00 a pound which was a much better deal.
Thanks for the information. I’ll keep that in mind when I see prices.
general mills cereal is $2.49 after promotional deal??
Lean Cuzine reached print limit already…??…bummer.
Just so you guys know, if you have a top foods, they also have a buy ten or more, save five dollars. But they’re hamburger helper bonus packs are $1 to start with, so they end up being .50 a piece after the promotion. If you use a $.75/3 coupon, they’re .25 a piece if you buy in multiples of 3, as long as you add something else in to get up to 10 items. Oh, and another thing…you only earn one $5 off per 10 items, so make sure you split up transactions.
I don’t know how to edit the end of that, but what I was trying to say is that even if you reach 20 qualifying items, you won’t get $10 off, only $5. So you have to split it up.
Today I went to albertsons. I bought 10 hamburger helpers, and used 2 of the $1/5 coupons. So they were .30 each, and then I also got the $2 off meat purchase catalina. Then, I did another transaction the same way, with the same coupons. Then I turned around and used those 2 $2 catalinas on the buy one get one chicken. Total I got 20 hamburger helpers and almost 5 pounds of chicken for 7.48
the ronzoni garden delight is in included in the 10/10 sale.
im sorry the ronzoni garden delight is NOT included
Thanks Felicia, you saved me a trip!
is that a good price for the progresso? I have a $1/4 and then that could be double to $2/4. So that would make each can .79 cents each…if I did my math right (I’m going off the promo price of $1.29 ea can).
Nope that’s a good price.
Can you dbl. a 1 dollar catalina? If so how- just put with some product and the doubler? One cat I have says for meat but the other one has no product mentioned on it.
I don’t think you can double a catalina…
It depends on your store and the catalina. If the Catalina says “Manufacture Coupon” my Albertsons treats it as a regular mani and doubles it.
Not albe to print the Betty Crocker specialty potatoes coupons … keeps saying I have already printed the numbered allowed but I know I never printed either before. I had my mom check if she could print it from her computer and it told her the same thing … bummer
I tried to print the Betty Crocker coupon too, but figured I would try the next button that pops up after it tells you that you’ve already printed the limit. It will take you to Pillsbury, where they have a $1/3 Betty Crocker potato coupon instead. I think they reached the print limit on the old coupon, so you can’t print it anymore. I think the new coupon is a better deal!
