Couldn’t find the Ban coupon. Where is it?

I don’t know if they’re still there, but I bought 2 76-packs of Pampers Cruisers for under $15. There are some boxes of Pampers Cruisers on sale for 9.99 with Albertson’s Preferred Savings card. Use $1.50/1 Pampers coupons (not sure which insert, sorry), and a doubler. Get it for $7.50 a box. That’s about $.10 a diaper. HUGE steal! Got mine on the 4th plain Albertsons (4th Plain/Stapleton) in Vancouver.
How did you use a TTV on a 1.50 coupon? Their policy for TTVs is any coupon up to $ 1.00 face value…
