so the catalina dealios that i read about on other sites don’t pertain to our wonderful FM stores here in PDX?

Oh well

Amber October 18, 2012 at 7:02 pm

I went today and got 4 free single CoverGirl eyeshadows! They were $3.49ea. I used the store coupon of $2 off any CG eye makeup (no limit) and combined that with 2 of the $3 off 2 CG products! The cashier was impressed and NO BEEPS from the cash register! ;)

Just a heads up. The wholly guacamole and salsa are part of the bogo sale. They are currently priced at $2.49 and the location in Salem on Commercial has TONS with $1/1 peelies on all of them…if you use two (which I was able to do twice now) they are $.49 for the two. I found a few printables online as well at for $1.50 off one. They were through Facebook. That made them competely free. We are having a halloween party this weekend so this was perfect. I was just at the Freddys an hour ago and they had restocked from yesterday.

Just bought 3 Blue Diamond Nut Thins on sale for 1.99 at TV Hwy Fred Meyer in Hillsboro and recieved a $1.25 Catalina off my next purchase of anything. Don’t know what the Catalina requirements are, couldn’t find it posted anywhere else. May try again later this week.

Brenda October 15, 2012 at 8:33 pm

Good to know, Denise. I love those!

Heather October 15, 2012 at 11:51 am

Are the Seventh Generation baby products included in the 40% off? I’ve seen in the past that they weren’t but unsure this time. Thanks.

SE Mom October 15, 2012 at 7:57 pm

Diapers and pull ups are included.

Howard October 15, 2012 at 11:31 am

Good deal if you still have the $2 off on any $2 minimum Health & Beauty cpn (expires 10-20) that came with the last quarter’s FM rewards certificate in the mail. Combine it with the $1/4 VO5 cpn in 10-14 SS. I got 4 for 56 cents Sunday.

I went to Fred Meyer today with 4 internet-printed coupons for the GM cereals. The checker (one I have had before – she is very kid and competent) informed me that they will only take one internet coupon per customer. I asked if she meant one of the same kind? (I had multiples for the same cereal.) She said no – it’s just one internet coupon period, customer. I asked if this was a new policy, and she said yes. (She did scan two of mine and offered to take the other cereals off so I could come back with the coupon another time.)

Have you heard anything about a change to their coupon policy? Can it vary by store? I am in Corvallis.

Ginnierae October 15, 2012 at 8:02 pm

I used 30+ coupons today at my FM in Gresham, and they didn’t say a word about it….I used to go to the Corvallis FM and I had quite a few issues with them accepting coupons. I don’t believe they can change the policy for a single store, so maybe she’s just confused?

courtney October 14, 2012 at 6:32 pm

A heads up – at my FM in Vancouver (off of 117th), there were peelies on the 7th generation cleaners that were for $1.50 off the cleaner or laundry additives. The cleaners were ringing up at $2.39 for me with $1.50 off for a total of $0.89 per bottle! :)

skylar October 14, 2012 at 4:00 pm

Howard October 14, 2012 at 4:18 pm

A man rushes into a toy store just before closing to buy his daughter a Barbie doll for her birthday. They’re all $22.99, except Divorced Barbie, which is $275. He asks the manager why that one costs so much. The mgr tells him it’s because it comes with Ken’s house, Ken’s car, and Ken’s bank account.

JHollyhock (aka Jennifer H.) October 14, 2012 at 4:40 pm

Thanks Howard! I love reading the comments cause I know I can always count on you for a laugh.

Brenda October 14, 2012 at 7:12 pm

My poor cat fell off my computer monitor once when I laughed so loud at one of Howard’s notorious comments. I don’t think she’ll ever forgive me for that.
Thanks, Howard for keeping us laughing!

Laura, SW Pdx October 14, 2012 at 7:15 pm

Yes, it was your poor cat I was talking about! I was going to type monitor, because that is what I remembered, but then I felt that might be wrong because how does a cat fit on a monitor?! Maybe you have one of those big box monitors and its nice and warm for kitty!

Brenda October 14, 2012 at 8:52 pm

Yep, I still have a old huge monitor! The cats fight over it because it stays nice and warm!

Howard October 15, 2012 at 11:40 am

Glad y’all liked that oldie but goodie. I actually cleaned it up a bit. In the original, the doll also comes with two of Ken’s private parts. Stay tuned for more hilarity…..but you never know when.

Angela October 14, 2012 at 4:56 pm

And that $3/1 printable is still available. Thanks for the heads up, Skylar! I printed 2 and am heading to the store!

skylar October 14, 2012 at 5:29 pm

Yay!!! always glad to help! =)

Hilda October 17, 2012 at 10:46 am

Could you please tell me where to print that $3 coupon. :)

Iris October 17, 2012 at 10:49 am

Just FYI, the $3 coupon might have worked for the lower-end masks which were on sale, but I chose not to use them, because they specified on the coupons that they were for the higher-end masks that flash and make sounds (priced at $19.99 at the FM where I had gone).

Iris October 17, 2012 at 10:49 am

Oh, and it was at, I believe (search under the Toys heading).

SE Mom October 14, 2012 at 9:41 am

I bought 3 size 3 diapers, 3 automatic dishwasher detergent, and 3 lavender laundry detergent -all 7th Generation – and got a $5 Catalina. I not sure what triggered it, but thought others might want to know.

mona fields October 15, 2012 at 6:09 am

What area are you in?

I found the following at QueenBeeCoupons (comment on the FM deals post there):

Stacy says:

I was just at FM to purchase the Seventh Generation sale products. I bought 2 laundry stain spray removers, 3 liquid fabric softners and I package of diapers. At my checkout I got a $5 off coupon(catalina?). Wondering if anyone knew the senario on how it popped out. I want to go back and stock up.

SE Mom October 15, 2012 at 7:55 pm

I was at the Wilsonville Freddy’s.

Nicole October 15, 2012 at 1:38 pm

I bought 3 laundry detergents (7th Gen) and triggered the $5 Cat.

SE Mom October 17, 2012 at 12:36 pm

3 packages of pull ups (just over $20) triggered a $5 cat, 2 packages triggered a $2 cat. Thanks Dan in customer service at Broadway Fred Meyer!

Kim A October 13, 2012 at 10:15 pm

I cannot see the Sparkle ecoupon when I search my Fred Meyer coupons. I don’t see one on the printable side either. Am I missing it? Is it regional???

Iris October 13, 2012 at 9:06 pm

Nice! I got a $5/$50 Fred Meyer total purchase coupon in the mail which I am going to combine with some of these deals, along with Chinook Book coupons that are about to expire.

Jessica October 13, 2012 at 3:53 pm

Seventh Generation coupon didn’t print for me, said the offer had expired.

Christine October 13, 2012 at 12:49 pm

I printed the Tillamook at 12:45 today.

Shelley October 13, 2012 at 9:14 am

The Tillamook link says it’s reached it’s max print…. :-(

Angela October 13, 2012 at 10:01 am

What??? Bummer!

Dani October 13, 2012 at 10:54 am

Thats weird, I was able to print it at 10:50 this morning.

Angela October 13, 2012 at 1:03 pm

So, it’s there if you have not already printed it. I printed mine last month, so it’s not available. Still good if you haven’t.

Molly October 16, 2012 at 6:39 am

printed for me today :)

mona fields October 14, 2012 at 9:49 pm

KD October 13, 2012 at 6:14 am

Did we get the Keebler $1/2 coupon in hte 8/26 RP insert??

Laura, SW Pdx October 14, 2012 at 9:10 am

I cant find it KD.

Superbob0000 October 12, 2012 at 10:16 pm

only bad about tillamook yogurt is the EXTREMELY high sugar content.

Shelli October 12, 2012 at 10:25 pm

Tillamook now makes a lite yogurt – finally! It’s got less sugar than their regular yogurt. I tried it and it’s pretty good.

Cassie October 12, 2012 at 10:07 pm

Where do you find the BOGO coupon for tillamook yogurt?

Angela October 13, 2012 at 7:51 am

Whoops! I just added the link.
