I notice there are items for the April ad perks. Are they up yet?
The April Video Values coupons will be available this evening (3/31) around 9:30 PM PST. Make sure to watch all the March offers before then, as they will disappear at that time.
For the M&Ms $1.50/2 coupon, my cashier last week didn’t allow to me to use them since they exceed the price of the item and she wasn’t able/didn’t want to adjust anything. Bummer.
That is a bummer, as their coupon policy clearly states they will accept a coupon for more than the selling price. They just don’t allow cash back, so they should definitely be adjusting it down for you.
I was clipping coupons and noticed that the $1.50/2 M&M coupons expired 3/25/12. Just thought I would let you know.

Officially, you cannot roll, but I OCCASIONALLY do it (Tigard stores) without any problem.

With the Loreal Youthcode mail-in rebate, I called the number on the rebate form to ask if the starter kit is included for the rebate & was told no
I’m curious what prompted you to call? I just read through everything and it says all Youth Code products, so they should be honoring this. There are only 3-4 different Youth Code products out there, so it seems strange that they would exclude their main kit.
I called last week when the other Loreal promo at Rite Aid was running, just wanted to make sure since it says all full-size youth code products, the woman who answered told me no because the kit has trial-size products which are excluded. You can call to ask to see if you get a different answer.

APRIL FOOLS!!
I just went to download the rebate form and the products had to be purchased by April 1st at noon. Also the rebate is for $30 or more, so if you have the 20% discount, you would need to add another Youth Code product to have spent enough to get the rebate.
Oh darn, a no-go all around I guess. That’s strange that it specifies noon. Thank you all for the updates!

I looked at the rebate again & the time is 11:59:59 pm-so that is not noon-but before midnight tonight (pacific time)-for anyone who is doing it today.
OK, I have studied this more & there is no where on the starter kit package that says trial size-and it certainly isn’t a trial size price AND the regular size isn’t all that much larger (not even twice as large-take a look-they make the bottles look deceptively larger, so you think you are getting more than you are).
So, as I bought it already & used $10 in coupons-can’t really return it in a fair way to Rite Aid, so I am going to try and do the rebate.
I did go back & buy the face wash-as my total wasn’t $30 (thanks for the heads up), and Rite Aid nicely returned and re rang it for me-so it is on the same receipt & I am all set.
For the John Frieda deal, you can add a second Root Awakening shampoo or conditioner at $3.49 and use a second $2/1 in addition to the RA Video Values $3/2 Root Awakening coupon for March. Am I right?

Unfortunately, with the new policy that you can only use 1 coupon on a BOGO 50% off sale, it wouldn’t work to use the additional $2/1 coupon. I don’t know how many stores are actually enforcing it, but it’s possible they wouldn’t take that second coupon. I just did the deal as written above, with my 20% discount paid about $.33 each after coupons and reward!
I just tried it an it worked! I paid $3.96 and got back a $5 UP reward. I actually didn’t know the coupon policy changed so I’ll have to go read that before I try another scenario like this one. Thanks!

Grrr, I forgot that I was supposed to wait until 4/4 to get the Tugaboos. However, they are not ringing up at 2/$15 if you have a 20% discount from last year. They ring up at $7.43 each, so you will need to buy 5 as you will be $.28 short! Or use somebody else’s account and then not get the credit toward next year’s discount. I was really irked, but they said that it rang up off the regular price and came to $.07 more. And, of course, you have to use a rewards card to get the UP+. The rewards card is supposed to give you discounts for buying so much. I will have to write RA about this.
Their registers have been rounding up lately, I wonder if it will work with just buying 4 packs? I’ll try it on Wednesday and see, as I too have the 20% discount. Every once in a while, the discount does actually work against us which seems crazy.
That is true and something you have to keep in mind. I use my card-20% off and my husband’s-10% off, so sometimes I change which card-depending on which one it will ring up better. Lots of math is required-but I figure it is my therapy for preventing alzheimers!
Is the SCR only on the diapers? Cause if they are ringing up with discount, you could just throw on a baby bath or lotion product (also on sale, and part of the $30/$10+Up promo) to make the difference, instead of buying another pack of diapers.

If you notice on the SCR offers above, I listed dates for all of them. The March offers expire Tuesday and the April offers start Thursday. The Tugaboos are part of the April offers, so you could buy them today but you wouldn’t be able to submit for the rebate. Without the rebate, they would be $5 per pack.

That’s just for the training pants and overnights, that offer ends on Tuesday. If that’s what you need, then you can buy them today. If you need diapers, then you have to wait until Wednesday. It is confusing when the offers collide in the middle of the week!
thanks so much for the help. I did need the training pants. I just got back from RA and I thought I would let everyone know that I purchased 4 packs ofTtugaboos training pants size 2-3T and I received the expected $10.00 up and I also received (2) $2.00 ups. It makes for a great deal.
Allegra update – in the Rite Aid Allergy coupon book, there is $2/1 up to 30 ct. These are “49″ Rite Aid coupons that can be stacked with a manuf. coupon. That makes the Allegra scenario above:

In my Rite-Aid (Newberg), In the random deals area they have trial packs of tugaboo diapers 2 diapers for $.99 and in them there is a $1.00 off coupon for a regular pack. Makes the deal 2 diapers a pack better!!!
Cool! Are you sure the coupon is only for the regular size packs? Awhile back (2010??) I was able to buy the trial pack for $1 and then use the $1 coupon inside to buy another trial pack. I did that once per week for months!
So the coupons in the packages pf trial diapers are expired. 2010 date. I guess rite-aid has held on to them for awhile.
Bummer. It was a great deal while it lasted! And I was so hoping that they had new packs with new coupons in them!
Went to RA today and the Revlon nail polish that has the scents was ringing up at $1.19. They were not marked that way on the shelf and they were still ringing up with the $3 +UP when you buy 2. So you might want to do a price check on these if your store still has the scented ones.
