Just got off the phone with RA 800# customer service – 25 minutes later – lots of hold time and them checking on things. They will not honor the ad which has the Red Dollar sign very clearly indicated on the 25% off Cetaphil Skin Care, $2UP (page 4 of ad) The Up I did get at checkout, but my goal to hit $100 came to a standstill when my $16.48 of Cetaphil was not included towards my $100. They said they reserve the right to take something out of the program, no matter what the ad reflects and that they faxed all of the stores to put up a sign near the product. Raleigh Hills had no such sign. I still got a good deal using the $3/2 from coupons.com and getting the $2 UP, so I’m not upset. BUT I officially give up trying to hit $100 by tomorrow! Darn, it was going to be my first ever $20 reward. Well, maybe next time!
Oh, RA customer service did say I could return the product. I asked what would happen to my $2 Up and he said it would be voided in the system. I said but what if i use it first and return the product the next day!?! He said that it would go through at checkout just fine, but he hopes I do not do that. I said well, I hoped your ad was accurate and if not accurate, that you would at least give the customer the credit towards the reward due to the mistake, keeping in mind that I have been on the phone for 25 minutes re this (after talking to the store about it) and spent 30 minutes last night trying to figure out how to get to $100! It’s a lot of work and wasted time! He didnt care… :-) I’ll keep the product – still a good deal..

Oh, this makes me sad Laura!
Well, more like mad for the way you were treated. It just seems like their customer service has gone downhill for awhile now. I always felt like they would do whatever it took to fix a problem when you called corporate to report an issue. Now it seems like a crapshoot.
We all know that things come up with misprints in the weekly ad and store signs that never got hung up, mistakes happen. However, if we can’t rely on a company to help their customers when these things happen then I would imagine their customers will start looking elsewhere for a store that will.

Laura-if you have a little more energy in you tomorrow-here are a few ideas-also Howard if you haven’t finished yet either-don’t give up! :-)
Physician’s formula make-up-I got some for my friend today-great price with the +up and if you do it twice-to $30 would get your $20 +up.
lightbulbs-free with coupon.
gum only $1 for 3-each 3 counts for $3 towards it (and can do it 4 times)-if you consider with the $20 +up-gives you another 20% off=3/.40.
Purex-detergent & fabric softener (may be able to find this easier)-coupon isn’t good on it-but comes out to $2 for xlg bottle-less if you figure in another 20% for getting the $20+up.
sharpie pens-get the 2 pack fine tip-also has a $2 +up on it-limit of 4-also with the bic pens I believe if you got them already.
Licorice (yes I am loving my black one-very fresh-yummy).
Nature made vitamins-$20 with $10 +up-regular price so factor in your discount if you have one. there are coupons also.
Tugaboos diapers.
If you don’t personally need these items consider passing on the great price to a friend who could use a great deal too!

Laura, SW Pdx January 26, 2013 at 9:04 am

Wow, thank you Brenda and Charolyn! Nice support to my long story and a GREAT list! Just poured my coffee and will consider Nature made for sure. Purex, licorice, light bulbs – got em earlier this week. I was thinking last night that maybe this is a blessing (that i was stopped at $71 yesterday by not receiving $16 credit from Cetaphil purchase) because once I have a $20 reward, then I’m only going to be stressing out re what to use it on before it expires!

charolyn January 26, 2013 at 9:56 am

Glad to help. Well… just looked at next week’s ad (thanks Melody!) and there are plenty of great deals to use the $20 on-including a P&G deal -spend $30-get $10 +up :-)

Carolyn, You’re a little devil! When I started couponing, I swore I would ONLY go to Fred Meyer and Safeway. Then a New Seasons deal was posted – too good to pass up, which shares a parking lot with Walgreens – so, welcome to Walgreens! Then TTVs entered my life and WOW – a huge Twice the Value welcome to Albertsons! And of course we all know RA shares a parking lot with an Abertsons quite often- so hello RA! Somewhere along the way, QFC gave away Mac N Cheese and now I know the Manager, who pulls product for me! I almost got involved with Dollar Tree but the last 2 deals posted have not been at my store and Target is not convenient. So, I thought I was good and done with 7 stores! But nope, Walmart had to go ahead and open up a new store in my neighborhood apx 2 weeks ago. I REFUSE TO GO IN! :-)

charolyn January 26, 2013 at 2:19 pm

Good girl-you do have to limit yourself somewhere-but not at Rite Aid :-) It is my main store (& you probably noticed my favorite-it does have the best deals) & I just do a little at grocery stores-mainly Safeway and Fred Meyer & sometimes Albertsons.

Howard January 26, 2013 at 3:49 pm

Thanks for the suggestions. I’m heading to RA in less than 2 hrs to try to finish up (I need $20.87 for the $100 threshold). Hope Laura hasn’t emptied all the shelves, haha, she lives closer than I do. Will start with the omeprazole for $19.99 before $6 in-ad cpn and see where that leaves me before buying more stuff. Have already bought 6 gums, 2 light bulbs and 2 Purex last Sunday. If I make it, then I get to “sweat” for 14 days and figure out how to use that $20 UP. I do see a few things for tomorrow that look promising.

Laura, SW Pdx January 26, 2013 at 4:04 pm

I’m home! Cleaning all day! No stores for me today!

BUT….I did send husband to Safeway to grab 2 teas and 2 teriyaki’s. I really wanted to have him do the Hallmark thing too but was not going to push my luck having him find the 1.99 cards – that would only end up wrecking a perfectly good Saturday!

Reply

charolyn January 26, 2013 at 9:55 pm

I should have been cleaning ALL day too-but had to finish up my last buy more save more deal :-) I am only 5 minutes away-so not too far to go. And I did a little cleaning.
I am waiting with batted breath Howard to see what your final outcome was :-)
The P&G is a great deal this next week on the Tide especially! and there are several other great deals too-I am sure you will use your $20 + up!

Laura, SW Pdx January 26, 2013 at 10:02 pm

Charolyn, I thought I was the only one waiting to hear from Howard before shutting down for the night!

I did decide to skip the $20 +up. We are going to the beach next weekend so short on time and I have quite a few purchases to do at Safeway before Tuesday and then there are the TTV’s….and THEN more coupons come out Sunday and then more sales on WEDNESDAY…….the fun never ends!

Howard, lets get a move on…..

Reply

charolyn January 26, 2013 at 10:51 pm

You crack me up Laura :-) You are wise to skip the $20 +up-it IS best to not put too much in your life :-)
Yes there is always plenty more fun to come-good to focus on that.

Howard January 27, 2013 at 7:39 am

OK, Brenda and Charolyn, you now can sleep peacefully without any medicated assistance. I stopped at RA last night and bought the 42-count omeprazole which was $18.39 w/ Wellness discount and $12.39 after the in-ad cpn. The $18.39 was added to my ongoing total, leaving me $2.48 short. I looked at the RED licorice, which had NO tags indicating $1.99 price or the $1 UP. So I grabbed 2 bags, they both rang up $1.99 and two $1 UPs popped out. Along with the $20 UP for my new total of $101.50. Thanks! And I didn’t have to sell my soul to the devil and settle for black licorice!

Reply

Brenda January 27, 2013 at 8:00 pm

Pretty funny to read as I’m munching on my black licorice!
Is black licorice hell the same as coupon hell? Just wondering if we would run into each other…
Glad you made it to $100 just in time!

Laura- rumor is they are running a similar promo starting next week so we can all jump in the rat race again! Have fun at the beach!!!

Reply

Laura, SW Pdx January 28, 2013 at 8:35 am

I pulled out of the RA game! I took my last five bucks in rewards and went straight to “lets go to the beach” junk food aisle and got 2 cheez-it’s and 1 lays chips! I’m going to take a rest from RA for a week or three…

Good to hear there is a cheez-it and coors beer MIR. Thank you for the tip Howard – I hope I find it at Safeway today.

Jen January 24, 2013 at 6:59 pm

I know a few of us have $11 towards the schick get $3 wyb $20 that the shave gel is included on. Use the bogo coupon on coupons.com along with the $.55 off of skintimate and you’ll get a pretty good deal. I bought 4 skintimate, $2.79 with discount, used two bogo coupons and two $.55 off, and got to my $20 threshold.

Reply

Brenda January 24, 2013 at 7:09 pm

Thanks, Jen. I knew there had to be a pretty good deal with those new coupons. I had kind of given up on that monthly deal, but this should make it easy to finish it up!

Reply

charolyn January 24, 2013 at 9:08 pm

I was at $11 too Jen-used the free edge coupon when you buy a schick extreme 3-$7.19 with my discount (and the free edge put me over $20). Not too bad-but yours looks better. I had extra +ups to use with the buy more save more +ups-so nothing out of pocket.

Reply

Jen January 24, 2013 at 10:30 pm

I noticed there was a limit of 4 on that monthly deal, so if shaving cream is on your list, you could do it all over again! buy 8 @ $2.79 assuming 20% discount, (3.49 reg.) use 4 bogos, use 4 $.55 off skintimate, pay $8.96 and get another $3 up, makes them about $.75 each. You could do with without the discount with 6, using 3 bogos with three $.55 off and pay $1.21 each.

I was checking out the Schick razor coupon, but my husband is still stocked up on the Gillette razors!

Laura, SW Pdx January 25, 2013 at 6:01 pm

Thank you Jen! I picked up 2 skintimates and reached my $20 reward!

Hi…. I am new to rite aid and their system. I have been tracking my rewards and what has been used and not used today it looks lime the computer took off rewards that will expire next week and I still had some that expire this week. Any hints or suggestions I could use to make sure they are all being used properly?

Thanks
Jessica

Janene Jones January 23, 2013 at 6:13 pm

I use the Rite Aid app on my cell phone. You can use the RiteAid.com site on the computer if you’d like. I select which +UP’s to use and then when I go shopping and the cashier scans my Wellness card ~ the +UP’s I selected are applied to my order. Be sure that you have your totals correct so that the +UP’s get used like you want. Rite Aid won’t pay for overages.

In your case I think that the maybe the +UP’s that were used, that you didn’t want to have used, were more applicable to your checkout order (if that makes sense)

Reply

charolyn January 23, 2013 at 10:05 pm

Personally Jessica-I have opted out of it going on my card (which they can do quickly at the register-just ask)-then it is coupons on the bottom of your receipt that you cut out.
I want control over when they are used or not & that would prevent this problem for you. I don’t have the apps-so don’t know about Janene’s way-but that sounds similar too.

Reply

Howard January 24, 2013 at 4:30 pm

I STRONGLY recommend opting out of the downloaded UPs, as I did the first day 9-2-12. You can clip them out off of your receipt and easily see the start and end dates as well as the $ amts, then use them when you wish. Just don’t misplace them; paper clip them to your RA card or similar. I put mine in expiration order, with the highest $ ones on top for each expiration date.

Good question. Note that all purchases must be made in ONE transaction, deadline 3-31. I don’t see anything that says after cpns, so I would just circle the orig prices on the receipt. Bonne chance!

Here’s a few more updates that I found today.
Apparently, the Loreal Revitalift in-ad coupon is not valid on the cheaper cleansers that I previously commented on. I’m not sure how we are suppose to know that since the coupon has no exclusions listed, but the 2 stores that I regularly shop at would not accept the coupon on those products today because they had been told not to.

Now for the Good news….
There is a monthly UpR deal on RedVines licorice (both red and black 1lb. bags) and they are on sale this week. Pay $1.99 Receive $1 UpR. limit 4 (ends 1-26).
Added bonus—it will count towards the Buy More, Save More promo!

Also, Rite-Aid has a few new coupons on their facebook page. One is a $2 coupon for Loreal Advanced Haircare, pair it up with the $2 manufacturer coupon (1-6 RP) for an awesome deal!
Shelf price for the shampoo is $4.99 so you will end up paying .99 after both coupons (FREE for gold members!)

PS Don’t be a dork like me and get so excited when you run across some Post Pebbles coupons that you forgot you had and race to do the cereal deal only to embarrass yourself at the register because the coupons expired on 1-13! Duh!

I was able to use the -$5 off in- ad coupon on the Revitalift cream cleanser with no problem. It was a MM for me since I have gold status.

Howard January 22, 2013 at 7:51 pm

I bought two Revitalift wet cleansing towelettes ($5.83 each after 20% wellness discount) and had no prob with the $5/$1 cpns.

Reply

Brenda January 22, 2013 at 9:03 pm

I’m glad you guys were able to use it! It seemed pretty silly since there wasn’t any exclusions on the coupon, but the cashiers are usually coupon friendly so I didn’t push it. Another thing to consider if you regularly add the Load2Card coupons to your account, there was a Loreal Paris $2 coupon that was available a few months ago. My sister was pleasantly suprised when she bought another cleasnser and expected to pay the .83 after just using the in-ad coupon, but the $2 coupon came off as well which turned into a nice moneymaker without any issues with the cashier.

Thank you Brenda! I’m now the proud owner of 4 pounds of licorice!
Today I grabbed the last bag of black licorice, the last 2 purex liquid and the last brut deodorant at Peterkort. So happy they had these items or my entire plan would have fallen apart!

Howard January 24, 2013 at 4:22 pm

Black licorice: the work of the devil (along with broccoli and cauliflower). The Purex and Brut probably taste better than any of them.

Reply

Brenda January 24, 2013 at 6:47 pm

What! I love black licorice, broccoli and cauliflower, well…not mixed together. Guess that makes me the devil!
Feel free to taste the Purex and Brut and report back if your opinion changes!

Sorry Howard-I am with Brenda :-) AND thank-you Brenda for the tip-it got me to the $150 monthly amount :-)
There was plenty of licorice left at Hillsboro- sunset esplanade. The mixed bag (would have been perfect as my son likes red & I like black) didn’t give the sale price-so had to change for black only. Now I may have to get a red tomorrow-just to be fair :-) Actually I have one more card to get to $150 & am close, so that will help me finish tomorrow.
Funny thing on the light bulbs-one card seemed to track for the Buy More-Save More promo- & one didn’t ?
Also I got the last purex detergent-got a softener with it for my 2 for the +up-a really large bottle for $2-not too bad.

charolyn January 25, 2013 at 9:51 pm

Correction-the light bulbs did track correctly (my fault-forgot I didn’t get the light bulbs yet-as I needed to get my coupons first)!

If anyone has two computers to print from, the gum can be a money maker. Buy 6 gums, use 3 B1G1 coupons, pay $3 and get $4 in rewards.

Reply

Laura, SW Pdx January 22, 2013 at 11:02 am

I did this gum deal yesterday with 3 B1G1 and it worked perfectly! 2 rewards! 6 packs!

Reply

Howard January 22, 2013 at 7:49 pm

Absolutely right. I suggested this last weekend. I got 2 digitals (after major time expenditure trying to print) and had a $1/2 cpn from the FM December mailer. 6 gums bought, made $1 profit after UPs.

Do websites/blogs get credit of some sort for directing people to sites, i.e. Coupons.com? I’m not trying to take ‘links’ away from FrugalLivingNW (SO love ‘em!!) but if a coupon suggestion link isn’t embedding in a blog, and I’m wanting to print from Coupons.com… I tend to link from CouponMom.com website. I like that they have a zip-code changer right on the site. you can easily change zips to/from to look for regional printable coupons.

For the garnier shampoo/conditioner deal I intend to go to rite aid tomorrow and get 10 of them. I have 10 $1 off coupons but the fund print reads One coupon per purchase does this mean that I have to do 10 separate transactions? Has anyone tried this?

Reply

Brenda January 20, 2013 at 11:31 pm

Kellie,
I didn’t do the deal, but you don’t have to do 10 transactions. The wording on coupons can be confusing, but the 2 key words to look for are “purchase” and “transaction”. When the coupon states 1 per purchase, you can use 1 coupon per each product you purchase. If it states I coupon per transaction (or customer) then you are limited to using only 1 coupon per transaction regardless how many of the product you buy.
Some companies have added wording to their coupons that has more restrictions. For example, P&G has a restriction of 4 identical coupons per transaction on all of their coupons. I am not familiar with the Garnier coupon you mention, so you will want to double check the fine print for any of those restrictions.
One other obstacle you might face is the store limiting you to how many they will allow you to purchase, depending on their stock on hand. Their written coupon policy states that they will only take 4 identical coupons per transaction, but you might find some stores that ignore this rule.
If I were you I would ask the cashier if you could purchase 5 in one transaction. Even if they stick to the limit of 4, you can still do the deal in separate transactions and your running total will show on the bottom of your receipt.
Yikes, sorry this is such a rambling response to your question. Feel free to ask any other questions if it doesn’t make sense to you.

Howard January 21, 2013 at 10:33 am

Well put, “Rambling Rose”. Good points all the way thru. I go to several RAs; one in King City won’t allow multiples of the in-ad cpns that read Limit One Per Customer, but the Tigard store will. So I plan my shopping strategy accordingly.

If anyone is near 122nd and sunny side and needs diapers, tugaboos are on sale BOGO for $8.99, and the $3 UP still prints wyb 2. So two jumbo packs are $3 each. This is in the flyer for their remodel, it just nicely overlaps with the 2/$15 and $3 UP wyb 2 promo in the regular stores.

The ad says purex sizes 24-32 loads but the 33 load bottles at my store worked as well.

Reply

Be careful buying those Tampax/Always products with cpns inside; people open the boxes and steal the cpns regularly.

Found an unexpected moneymaker using the $5 Loreal skin care in-ad coupon today. Shelf prices for the Revitalift skin cleansers start at $7.29 (5.83 with my 20% discount) use the $1/1 Loreal skin care coupon from 1/6 RP and the $5 in-ad coupon. Rite-aid’s policy says they should lower the price of the coupon for you to get it free, but the store I go to rarely does. Neither coupon beeped for me. Extra bonus! It counted toward the monthly Buy more, Save more promo!
I didn’t look, but if I recall correctly the Youth Code line has a cleanser with a $7.99 shelf price that should work with the same coupons, too!

Thanks for the tip, you are a RA rock star! The coupon-savvy, friendly young cashier at King City even allowed me to use two of the in-ad $5 cpns. She adjusted the $1 mfr cpn down to 83 cents each in order to keep the total at zero and not negative. But she did offer me the chance to buy something else to soak up the overage and I declined (34 cents). And, if anyone is still reading this, it added $11.66 to my monthly total toward the $100/$20 UP promo, NOT ZERO. So now I’m at $79.20 w/o even trying and must decide by Sat whether to spend another $20.80. I have $15 in UPs from Sunday, so it won’t take much out of pocket to do it. Maybe I’ll check out those frames….if any are left.

Reply

Brenda January 22, 2013 at 9:05 pm

Don’t know if the frames are still a good deal, I believe the 50% sale was just last week. The monthly UpR’s are still printing though!

Reply

Howard January 23, 2013 at 3:02 pm

I’m at $79 and change, again w/o any effort. Now I am trying to get to $100 by Saturday w/o getting too many more UPs. I think I will buy the RA omeprazole–something I actually use–for $19.99 (before $6 in-ad cpn) and see how much my running total will be, then take it from there. And I can use most of the $15 UPs from Sunday in the process. Thanks for the encouragement! But those big-$$ UPs always make me nervous.

Reply

Howard January 20, 2013 at 8:54 pm

Don’t you get pretty much the same ad as we Oregonians? On page 9 of my ad at the top are the CFL bulbs. (Bottom of page reads regions 1/2/3/6, so maybe you’re from a different region–or the planet Zorcon?) [You do have electricity, running water and indoor plumbing in Washington, don't you?] :)
I’m up to $67.50 without even trying. Maybe I’ll buy a few more things later in the week to get up to $100, if I deem it worthwhile. L’Oreal deal you mentioned sounds like a good start; my skin has been neglected for decades! I now have $15 in UPs to use and am not so sure I need another $20 so soon.

Reply

Howard January 20, 2013 at 8:57 pm

Interesting that I bought the Sure and you bought the Brut. Are we a couple of gender-benders, or what?

Reply

Brenda January 20, 2013 at 11:46 pm

We use to get the same ad, but now they put in at least 1 full page of booze in every ad. Our page 9 is the back page of your ad.
It’s so irritating! Apparently they are hoping we are too drunk to notice that our lightbulbs burnt out.
I would have liked to get the Sure deo but they were all out, in fact I cleared the shelf of the Brut as well when I bought my 2. Hopefully they will get some more in for everyone else that would like to do the deal this week.

Question about the monthly +up program–we bought 4 purex, 4post cereals, & 2 of the largest Finish products. All of these items were on the monthly program but we only got an additional $13 credited to our purchases. I thought they go off the price before coupons? If so we would’ve gotten at least $28…. any thoughts?

Reply

Janene Jones January 20, 2013 at 1:19 pm

Call Rite Aid corporate. I purchased the same items and they all counted towards my Anniversary +UPs.

I have to say congratulations on getting those 32 ct. Finish tablets because I searched in 3 stores for those before buying the last 2 that were on the shelf. Great deal in my mind.

Reply

Janene Jones January 20, 2013 at 1:27 pm

oh yeah and according to my math the amount after coupons are what counted towards the anniversary +UP’s so if you only bought 2 tablets that was only $5.84, $4 from the Purex and $10 from the Post(unless you had a coupon for the POST cereal) so that should’ve been more than the $13.

But I suck at math so I could be wrong

Sadly, I wouldn’t bother calling. I talked with them live on their site two times, both times took an hour of my time. I had to enter in a lot of receipt info as well as details of all of my purchases to date… both times they said they’d fix it and add it to my promo total, they never did.

Reply

Amy January 21, 2013 at 12:25 pm

Oh I know, we found just 3 boxes of the 32 ct in the store and that included the endcap. Great deal! I will call on the tracking. I’m sure its not right.

Reply

Howard January 20, 2013 at 8:45 pm

I’m pretty sure they count the original price of the item(s) after any wellness (i.e. 10% or 20%) discount, but before use of any cpns. I bought 4 shave creams last week and my receipt showed $11 spent toward the $20 shaving UP deal, NOT the net amt after cpns.

Reply

Janene Jones January 20, 2013 at 9:16 pm

Oh! The anniversary deal has been unfair to me when it comes to counting my purchases then because I haven’t seen mine counting before coupons. :-(

Reply

Renee January 21, 2013 at 3:07 pm

The purchases that didn’t count for me were ones that had free samples attached. They rang up funny. Like the 1L of Listerine bottles I bought, were clearly marked with the red $ sign and online it says the 1L Listerines count towards the promo, but they had a sample attached so it rang up as something other than the 1L ones. Since not all Listerine sizes count towards the promo (even though these should have, but because they rang up weird) these didn’t count. Three of the Pantenes I bought had samples, one did not, one counted towards my promo and three did not. Stinks! They told me they’d fix it, but they never did.

When your done go back in and put your correct email back in. It helps to look up the zip code on google so you know what state before you start. Good luck

Thanks to the How to Change Your Zip info above, this is how to do it.
Click on this link first:
http://print.coupons.com/Couponweb/Offers.aspx?pid=13727&nid=20&zid=eg14
Don’t be put off if it reads Bayer Health Care products. Enter the desired ZIP and click on the blue arrow. LEAVE THAT WINDOW OPEN and go to coupons.com and look for the coupon(s) you want. If you wish, click on Local first to verify that the zip has been changed, then click on Coupons to select your cpns.
I finally got 2 ID gum cpns for tomorrow. Now I can buy 6 packs, use my 2 BOGOs and my $1/2, pay $3, get $4 in UPs, and die in peace.

I do question the Finish Dishwashing deal….can we not buy 4 Finish products since it’s a BOGO deal and trigger the monthly +UP reward? Use the (2) $2.15/1 mq’s and actually pay $5.68 oop and that would make the price per tab $.07? And aren’t these on the list to count towards the anniversary dealio that is set up?

If you still have the Fred Meyer home mailer (not the one rec’d this week with the “Kickoff” title; the one before that), it has an ID gum $1/2 cpn, which will have the same net effect as the BOGO one above. It is a Mfr cpn from Kraft, and you can even neatly cut off the “Fred Meyer” logo at the bottom. So maybe I can buy 6 and use two BOGOs and one $1/2 cpn, pay $3 and get two $2 UPs, right? The BOGO cpns have a WalMart logo, but I think RA should accept them if they scan.

Just spent nearly an hour playing around with coupons.com. Gave up after fruitlessly trying to change my zip code to 19606. It allowed me to change it and see the local deals for that zip, but not the coupons for that area (after clicking on Coupons). When I’d go back to the Local page, it kept showing my home zip code and not the one I’d input. Sometimes that method works, sometimes not. I wonder if there’s something built into their program that denies users the opportunity to change zip codes. Will try again Saturday; it does work on occasion.

Reply

Howard January 19, 2013 at 8:05 am

Still no luck in changing the zip code successfully. I think this may be a problem of my computer, not necessarily the coupons.com program. I just sent them an email asking why this problem.

I think it’s my desktop computer, the one I have attached to my printer. When I use my laptop, I have no problem changing the zip code and bringing up the “foreign” cpns, but until I learn how to use it with a printer, I’m outta luck. Someone who is computer-savvy probably can tell me how to cure this issue with my XP desktop. On my AOL homepage, I always enter my zip code to get the local temperature and click on “Save info”–but the next time I sign on, there’s no zip code there. I emailed cpns.com asking for advice.

leeann January 19, 2013 at 12:40 pm

Mine does too, unless I go in and change it under my personal “Account Setting”. I used to be able to change it by going to the “Local” tab, but not anymore.
