Believe there is a VV also for the GE CFL bulbs .
I can’t find anything, do you have it in your account?
I have the $0.50/1 VV from December on GE CFL bulbs, expires 1/28/12.
Thanks Jan, I didn’t have that one on my list!
I bought a few Conair brushes awhile ago. They were like around $6 for the smaller ones up to $15 or so. I got a nice paddle brush for like $10 when there was a +up offer a month or so ago.
Also for the Brita SCR is this a new one? I got a pitcher last month, but wondered if I could use this SCR again to get filters?
You can! The rebates cycled over around the end of December, beginning of January.
there is also a $10 mail in rebate from brita, i emailed them on Wednesday and they are still honoring that rebate!
My Brita rebate sheet shows an expiration date of 3/31/2012, so I would hope that they would honor it.
I already did the High Octane deal this last week(week of the 15th), can I get another UP if I do it this week too(week of the 22nd)? Thanks!
Unfortunately, it’s just limit 1 per month on these monthly rewards. Sorry!
This may be a silly question, but how do you know if it is a ‘monthly reward’ or a ‘weekly reward’? Thanks!
Not a silly question at all! The weekly rewards are just advertised in the weekly circular, the monthly rewards are just listed in store. Those are rewards that I scope out throughout the month.
If you look real close on the tag by the product-it will have the dates it is running & that verifies it also (also if you discover an unexpected one-you can see if it’s a weekly or monthly).
Will the high octane chews reset ? I’ve Already done my 2 limit
Never mind Lol I just looked up
Did you do it twice or only once?
I did it twice using my husbands rite aid card
It says there is a limit of one per card on this-so did it work twice for you on one card-or did you use two cards?
Finish Quantum (10 ct) on sale BOGO (2/$3.99)
Use $1/1 coupon from 1/1 SS or 1/22 SS insert
Use $1/1 Rite Aid Video Values store coupon (January)
$.99 each after coupons
Would it be 2/$0.99 after all coupons?
You can only use one manufacturer coupon per BOGO sale, so it would be 2/$1.99.
These were listed for 2.49 each at my store. I was told I could not do a BOGO free AND get the price of 2.49. I either had to buy one at 2.49 or get two for the 3.99 BOGO free deal. This doesn’t make sense to me at all and I hope I just got a young employee that didn’t know the coupon/sale policy. Can anyone clarify this?
Unfortunately it’s true. I talked to my local manager about it last week and that’s why I didn’t list the price at $2.49. The $2.49 is a monthly price (called a TPR) and she said the weekly ad prices and sales always override the TPR price.
Thanks Melody! That is confusing, but it’s good to know.
Wow, that IS confusing!
Here’s something to check on the -L’oreal Youth Code products-if you are interested-the
Loreal Youth Code Kit-has a $5 coupon in 12/11 SS and another $5 Jan VV- (That one
may or may not be only for the kit also).
I do know the kit is quite expensive-but these are great coupons to go towards it-also would get the 10% or 20% discount.
Would someone help me with the deal on the luvs diapers please? The post states: “These will ring up with your Wellness+ discount, so as low as $12.39 after reward or $.13 per diaper for size 3″.
Is this after you bought enough items to get the 20% off for the year??
Thank you,
Beth
If you earned your 20% Wellness+ discount last year, it will stay in effect for all of 2012. So there are those of us who still have our 20% discount from last year. I guess to answer your question, you are right in that the $12.39 is after the 20% off. If you haven’t reached your discount from this year and didn’t have one that carried over from last year, you would pay the full price.
Does that make sense?
Bummer!! It does make sense:)
Thank you
I’m a little confused on Hershey single serve. Is there a skittle also on the sale because we have the Rite aid video value coupon on skittle and that is mentioned in hershey deal.
That is a little misleading, sorry. Skittles are pictured in the ad, so I assume they fall under the Hershey’s umbrella? Either way, they are pictured so the VV should be honored.
Okay, now I see what you mean. Thanks for helping me with this. Yes, I do have the Hershey air delight coupon and I love those. Awesome!!
My Rite Aid has skittles and starburst skittles priced at 3/$2 wyb 3 or .79 each. So weird. I wanted some free skittles today.
Yes, the single serve skittles are 2/$1, but if you only buy 1, they are .79. The VV coupon is .50 off, so you either buy 1 and pay .29, or buy 2 and pay .50 – Not free
I’ve been a little out of the rite aid game, but did I hear that you can’t turn around and use your up rewards in another transaction the same day?
Their policy does state that, but I also heard they retracted it on their Facebook wall. I asked my local store and they will let you roll your +UPs, no problem. So it looks like the computers are letting you, it will just be up to your store to say yes or no.
My store said they had heard a rumor about the no rolling thing, but that was back in November and corporate never set that up as a new rule, so every store should let you roll because it is actually not their policy.
Question for you – I need to split up my YouthCode purchase into 1 cleanser per transaction. Would I still get the UP reward once I buy the second cleanser in my second transaction?
You should, but I’m not 100% sure. I’m not sure I’ve ever split up a promo like that. My best guess is that you will, but I hesitate to say for sure. Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
Tiffany,
In my experience (which is limited, so I could be wrong), when the UpReward is for a specific number of items (like the Loreal one) you need to purchase them in one transaction. The only ones that allow multiple transactions are when it’s for a specific dollar amount (like the Maybelline deal on the front cover of the ad, Buy $10 worth and get a $3 UpReward).
You could always try buying one and look for the running total at the bottom of your recipt, if it’s there then it should work but if it’s not just return it. If you choose to do this, I would suggest that you pay cash and not use UpRewards in case you need to return it.
I think you got it right Brenda-also that is a great point about the testing without the +ups.
My rite aid ad says $2 Up on when you buy 2 KY
To bad.
Now I’m not sure…When I look at the online ad the picture shows the $4 Up then when I scroll down and look at more details it says $2 Ups . Guess I’ll just have to try it to see if its a money maker
Here is a link to info on the Rite Aid Resolution Rewards:
http://content.riteaid.com/resolution-rewards/2012-participating-products.pdf
Has a complete list of products included, date it runs through (2/11/12), etc.
It was helpful for me with some items I found on clearance!
Kari,
This list is available in the January Rebate Directory too, but, the ending date is for this Saturday, 1/28/12. The UpReward that you can earn will expire on 2/11/12.
It looks like the KY coupon says “Limit one coupon per person.”
I just used 2 of the $3 off any 1 k-y just fine. my store was out of the warming at 5.39 but they had the reg. ky jelly 4 oz for $5.99. so I was able to buy 1 @ $5.99 and 1 @ $2.99. Used 2 $3 coupons plus my $2 up rewards from the ziplock and I OOP was $0.98. such a great deal sense DS dumped a bunch of our good stuff yesterday
Did it print $4 +Up for the 2 ky items? There was some confusion on here whether it was going to be $4 or $2+ up.
Yes the $4 up printed for me.
I bought the KY today and it did not add to my resolution rewards. It should have put me over the $100 mark but I didnt get the 20 up reward. They said I will have to call to see if they will send it to me. any thoughts?
I got the $4 +UP too. As far as it not counting towards the resolution rewards, I would call or email their CS. Just keep your receipt on hand and they should be able to help you out. It is clearly marked in the ad that it’s included, so I wouldn’t imagine there will be a problem.
Same thing happened with me. I think I will just go back in for something else to add up the last $6 towards my $100.
I have had a little problem with my up rewards printing. So far this year I’ve had to call twice. When I talked to customer service they looked up my transactions and mailed me my up rewards. A little inconvenient but they were super nice. I have to call again because my 4.00 up for ky didn’t print today. Good luck!
My KY didn’t add either, it would have put me over the $100 mark and so my 2nd transaction today ended up being a lot of money out of pocket (I had planned to use my $20 UP reward). Not happy!
Are you a BBC member?
Buy 2 L’oreal Youth Code Regenerating Skin Care Foaming Gel Cleanser $7.99
This is not included for the UP reward however you can use VV coupon with this item.
Thanks for letting us know Leann! If you got the $3/1 coupon in today’s paper, you should be able to use that to make it free. We didn’t get the coupon unfortunately, so I can’t check the wording. If you can only use the VV and you have your 20% discount, you would pay just $1.39!
Is the foaming gel with the other Youth Code products-I have checked several stores now and haven’t seen any? Only the kit which is about $35 & the cream which is still $25!! I did figure out a way to match one of them with the cheaper cleanser-to get up to the $20/$100 & using both coupons & all my +ups, would be pretty good, but have to find the product first!!
It was right next to the others, but it’s brand new. My store was doing all their new January roll-outs, so it’s possible your store just doesn’t have it out yet.
Thanks-that is probably it.
My RA told me this morning the Store manager said no more rolling up rewards. sense there were roumers so I just voice my frustration but I understood. (I had asked another casher last week and she had not heard anything about it) I said “I’ll come back tomorrow for the other stuff and will it be posted in your coupon policy” he said yes and pulled out the Wellness + enrolment flyer.
On the back under #6 it states ” +up rewards may not be redeemed until 6 am local time the next day after issuance.”
That stinks. Hope my Rite Aid doesn’t follow suit. That would be a big hassle!
It has actually been in the policy since the beginning of the year, I posted about it a few weeks ago. I did ask my store and they are allowing rolling of the rewards. Apparently they had quite the backlash on their FB wall and possibly retracted it, but it is still in the policy so it’s up to the individual store.
Can you get more than one up reward in one transaction?
Definitely! If there is a limit of 4 rewards and you buy 4 items, you will get $4 +UP Rewards in one transaction.
I think there is a misprint in the ad. The KY products must not be a part of the buy & save program because my $20 +up did not print, it only added up the $4 for the hershey’s bars. I had $90 towards the $100 res. reward before my transactions today, bought 4 KY products ($5.99 & $2.99 each, times 2) and it did not add them to my total towards $100 spent. Anyone else have trouble with this? Any ideas what i should do? Call Rite Aid?
I would call them or email, since it is for sure listed in the ad. They should be willing to honor it and can check your total towards the resolution rewards. Was it labeled in the store, I didn’t even check since I already got my reward.
I don’ t remember if it was. The only thing i thought was maybe it was not the right KY products, they were part of the b1g1 & $4+ up, but were not pictured inthe ad. Might just be easier to go back in & get something more. Thanks for the reply.
I have done the KY twice now-the first was the prices you got & it both added to my resolution reward & gave the +UP.
Today I found a smaller size-2oz, just regular KY, was $4 and a few cents-and the +up didn’t print out-I am going to call Rite Aid as it did have the +UP info by it & the ad I believe says all KY products. It was nearly free with the 2 $3 coupons, but I am not sure if it added to my resolution points or not.
The one thing I do remember about that deal is it stated “$5.39+” for the K-Y so the Warming Liquid would have been the cheapest product to work. Oddly enough, it was priced at $5.29 at my store, but it still worked.
I just checked the ad-it says: ” all KY products -regular retail 5.39-32.99″ & selection may vary by store (which it certainly does-only one of my stores had the $4+ one-& even prices on the same item varies). I will ask when I call in tomorrow & give a report.
I finally called & she is going to send me my +ups, says it was on all KY products.
Kleenex – Is it a better deal at RA or Costco?? Thank you for all of your help with RA, LOVE IT!
I saw your comment on my blog earlier and I promise you were on my to-do list as soon as my boys went to bed! If we’re comparing apples to apples (just the basic Kleenex), I truthfully think they are about the same. They work out to be about the same price per Kleenex (1/2 a penny each). If you are more interested in the anti-viral or lotion, you would need to do the RA deal. Hope that makes sense!
Thank you!!
My Rite Aid wouldn’t take the Honey Bunches of Oat coupon, they said because it has a Walmart logo on it, they won’t take it. I haven’t had that problem before with the coupons from the Walmart site. Bummer!
I’m a bit confused? The high octane energy chews are a monthly reward thingy dingy? It is not tagged at my local Rite-Aid and the sales person did not seem to know a thing about it. They were out of them and I wanted a rain check which the salesperson would not give me because it was not marked as an UP reward deal.
It’s possible that the monthly rewards aren’t valid at all stores? You do have until the 31st to purchase them and I would guess that since they are all gone, they are in fact ringing up correctly. You could try calling the CS or emailing to see if they could help you out?
The tracphone card for mins.is a misprint. There is a note up saying there was a mistake. I knew it was to good to be true.
Is the Visa gift cards a misprint? I was thinking about buying cards and using them to pay for items. So I could double buy & save?????
It is. They initially were printing the reward for the Visa cards, but had to pull it as they couldn’t come to an agreement with the company. There should be signs up in your local store, I assume these ads are printed well ahead of time otherwise it wouldn’t be in there. That’s why I didn’t list it.
