I finally got in today & checked this out-got two Mr Clean sponge cloths-just used one coupon as that only made them .04 each & Safeway is not supposed to give overage. And I got safeway’s brand SOS pads-1.29 with $1 off. Very happy to pay 1.37 for 3 items :-) And I have been out of the SOS pads for some time-so figure I got a great price & two free items.

Note these items are in two different areas-some by the brooms/mops & some in the sponge area.

Hi, I was too lazy this morning to try Jantzen Bch store after work, so I returned to the scene of the crime (King City) and used your tip about looking in the brooms/mops. I found several items tagged at 29 cents, but they were cleaned out. I also confirmed that the soap pads are $1.29 EACH if you buy 3. ($2.29 Club price)

Dollar Tree has off-brand soap pads 10 for $1, although they are not the greatest quality. I looked for 29-cent sponges/etc Sunday at King City and saw only one tag with that price on it for some product I couldn’t identify, and there were none left. Also saw the soap pads, but I think the tag said they were $1.29 each AFTER the $3/3 discount? Maybe I need to look harder….will try another store Tues morning after work.

Thanks for the info on being able to get the discount on anything over 3! I just assumed you would have to buy in increments of 3.
Even I (after 30 years of couponing) learn something new often :)
LOVE this website!

Another good deal is the Glade candles, which are part of the buy 3 save $3. Today 2/25 begins a new catalina, which gives a $3 cat if you buy 4. I bought 4 candles ( they rang up $2.29 after b3g$3) used 2) -1.50/2 plus a doubler, and got back a $3 cat. It made them .54 apiece!

Same here. But now I have an excuse not to clean anything for a few months. I’m still recovering from my refrigerator cleaning last Friday night–some spilled canned beet juice had solidified all over the lower half. I’m the new Mr. Clean.
