Make sure you check the current list of Catalina promotions before you plan your deals. See more Safeway deals here.
Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to $.50 each. You may not double a coupon marked with “Do Not Double” or an internet printable coupon. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:

I did not see the Speed Stick coupon in the 2/26 SS. Is it regional?
Ack. It looks like it IS regional. Bummer. I suppose if you really like speed stick you could order coupons.
I’ve seen it before but can’t remember how to do it: how do I maximize the $10/$75 coupon? What
order do I give the coupons in to the cashier? Is it:
1) $10/$75
2) store coupons
3) manuf coupons
anyways, any advice would be appreciated. I’m planning on doing a big safeway trip cause I have a custom cake to buy so I figure I might as well use the coupon since I’ll be spending $22 on the cake. Thanks in advance!
You almost have it. Its:
1) store coupons
2) $10/$75
3) manuf coupons
Tricia –
I think it’s Store Coupons, $10/$75, then manufacture coupons.
I think some shoppers try to save up their manufacture coupons for a free item and try to use high value coupons as well.
And even if the cashier messes up the order it should still come off remember milk doesn’t count
How are you buying Pepsi and using a Crush Q? I know they are the same company but that is not what the Q states.
Up where she did the deal it says “(if included)”
Did it this morning, worked like a charm!!
Missed that
Will try this on Friday. In the past, I’ve had an issue with the store not treating Crush as a Pepsi product. The store Q specifies Pepsi or 7Up and states selected varieties, so I hope it will work for me.
Tried it this morning at Raleigh Hills Safeway (SW Portland) and my plans were “crushed” when the register (and the cashier) did not accept the 88-cent store cpn on Pepsi/7Up products for the diet Orange Crush. So I cancelled it before we got to the $1 man Q.
I noticed that the fine print on the bottle said Dr Pepper/7Up company. Perhaps in other localities, it is a Pepsi product. I know it used to be…….
What is the RedEnvelope gift certificate? (as stated above: Spend $10, Get $20 RedEnvelope gift certificate) and how do you get it.. from cashier.. a catalina?
Sorry this question was supposed to be under the Safeway Catalina list.. for -Dazs (3.6 oz + and/or 3 pk or larger bars or cones)January 16 – May 31Spend $10, Get $20 RedEnvelope gift certificate. Does anyone know what this is??
Kettle says Do Not Double
Also the Kettle Chips from the 1/8? is for the Reduced Fat or Baked, the 1/29 is for any.
Anyone else get the $3/1 for the Viva, $3/1 Cottonelle and more coupons in the mail from safeway? You can use them with the current promo of Buy 2 Save $3. Make’s it $7.99 After coupons and savings. That still seems like a high price. Thoughts anyone?
I bought 4 boxes of the Kellogg’s Shredded Wheat using the 4/4 printable coupon so they were $.99 a box. Then a got a catalina for a FREE Gallon of milk….that was a nice surprise! Also on special marked boxes are $5.00 in coupons…one is $1.00/1 Minute Maid Juice 59 oz. bottle. These coupons are good thru March 31, 2013.
Deborah,
Did you get the original flavor of the Shredded Wheat or a different one? Sounds like a great deal!
I got the Original Bite Size with the Save $5.00 on the front. I have another 4/4 Kellogg’s coupon that I will use today and hopefully get another catalina for free milk.
Thanks!
does anyone know if multiple cats will print for the milk in multiples of 4 or does it need to be in a separate transaction?
For the Frozen Food Spend $10, Get $5 off NEW Items coupon do you have to spend $10 after coupons? I bought 4 lean cuisines and it was $10 but I used a $1 off coupon so I paid $9 and I didn’t get the $5 off coupon. Not a huge deal because I needed them anyway, but I was just confused
Also, the Smithfield Bacon BOGO ad said price is valid 3/2–3/5.
Call Catalina Company and they will send you 5 Cat in the mail. or go back to safeway and let them know sometimes they give cash back.
Thanks Meekin! I’ll do that
None of the Friday $5 dollar deals were posted. They have Hormel always tender pork tenderloin for $5. With coupon and doubler it’s $3.50/each, is that a good deal? The packages are about 12-18oz.
That’s a smokin’ good deal for an excellent product. I bought two today, one for $3.50 with $1 clipout cpn/doubl’r, and one for $4 with internet $1 cpn. And they are 24-oz packages, not as small as you say. I always pay $5 for them on $5 Friday when no cpns are out.
The lemon garlic and original flavors (the kinds I buy) are 24-oz. The peppercorn and teriyaki are smaller, about 18 oz.
the $10/$75 is that after store coupons but before Mani. Coupons? or $75 after all Q’s?
$10/$75 is after safeway but before mani
so first they are suppose to take off the safeway sales and coupons
then 10$ off
then mani
Just posted my first trip of the day. http://kelleighratzlaff.com/couponing/todays-safeway-trip-episode-one/
I’m heading out in a few minutes to grab a few more things!
In the mail, I received 2 Safeway store coupons for Belvita Breakfast bars. With the manu. $1.00 w/ doubler and $.75 Store Q, I’ll pay $.25 for a box. Heck, I’ll pay a quarter to try something new. Check your mail for those coupons!
I got this mailer too and did pick up a box this morning – haven’t tried it yet but it did seem like a great deal.
My 13 yo daughter said these belvita things are “really good”!
