Is the math right on the Kraft cheese deal?
5x$1.99=$9.95-2.00(2 $1/2)-1.00 (dbl)=6.95

Just wanted to make sure! Thanks.

Suzanne – That’s what I got too! I’m wondering if we are missing something?!

the math isn’t right because the coupon is expired, so unless somebody finds another coupon you would just pay the $9.95 and get the $5 cat. So, not such a great deal on the first transaction, but would be pretty decent when you roll the cat into a second transaction, $9.95-$5=$4.95, plus get another cat. The first transaction would be a good scenario to use overage from some e-coupons, such as the Yoplait Delights, to pay less OOP.

The Kraft coupon in the Safeway Dairy booklet expired 7/13. Argh! I’m really hoping that I find some of those blinkies or peelies!

I only found a coupon for .50 off of the Mott’s, was there an additional one for a dollar that I missed?

My Albertsons, at the customer service desk, has coupons for $1 off produce when you buy 2 Kraft dressings.

Has anyone had an issue loading coupons from Cellfire? I received a message that says “There are no more coupons available at this time. New coupons appear every other Tuesday. Please check back soon.” Does this mean there is a limit to the number of people who can load their coupons?

So, if you have a local fred meyer or Krogers.. they are selling their Kraft cheese for 1.50 for shredded and 1.74 for sliced cheese.. Also, at albertsons they have peelies for 1.00 off shredded cheese.. I ended up buy 5 shredded cheeses at Fred Meyer’s paid 2.50 and got 5 back in catalina! Also right now at Albertsons they have colby block cheese on sale for 1.00 so buy 5 and get your 5 back = Tons of free cheese!!

Just wanted to share the news.

I was wondering….how do you get safeway doublers? Where are those?

Reply

Mommy July 21, 2010 at 2:27 pm

they are found in the safeway ad. You can pick the ad up in-store at customer service. However they are only valid in Oregon Safeway stores (except milton-freeway) and SW Washington (serving clark, wahkiakum, cowlitz, skamania and klickitat counties)

Also, if I have added a coupon on shortcuts, can I keep using it with multiple coupons?

You might want to check out the Suddenly Salad mixes with the instore ad coupon this week. Last night (during the 3day special ad), they rang up free plus took my paper coupon. My receipt show that they rang up at 1.99 each (I bought two so 3.98) the shortcuts ecoupon didn’t show up. The inad coupon I gave the cashier adjusted the price down $4 instead to the .99 cents each it was supposed to. Plus I gave her my paper coupon + doubler. That comes to $1.02 overage.
I just noticed the new ad say “must by 4″ I wonder if they updated the computer early and took $4 off my 2 by mistake…

There is a 1.50/2 for the classico sauce in the albies add thats a MQ. Plus there’s a gold n’ soft catalina. I had a 1.50/2 coupon from 6/27SS and I doubled it to make it free. Then I got a .75 OYNO coupon for every 2 in my transaction. Now I need to find someone to give all this margerine since we are a butter household. Oh well I paid .71 oop for a ton of groceries and got a $5 cat still. Doubles are great but I am exhausted from going in and out of the store so many times.

If you look in your alberton’s ad, there is a manufacturer’s coupon for $1.50 off of 2 classico pasta sauces. Safeway has a coupon that makes them $1.49 each if you pay $10 in their store. Plus, if you use a doubler, it is a great deal!!! :-) So, use the Albertson’s manu. coupon at Safeway-use your doubler-use your safeway coupon (make sure that you are spending $10) and you will get the good deal!!

You guys are quick!!

I wanted to break down the math on this one.
Use the Safeway in-ad coupon to get Classico sauce for $1.49 each.
Use (1) $1.50/2 Classico MCs from the Albertsons ad
Use the doubler (in Oregon and SW Washington) for -.50
Pay $0.98 for 2 jars! OR, just 49¢ a jar!

Like someone mentioned, the Kraft shredded cheese is 2 for $3 (or 1.50 each) for the 8 oz. packages at Freddy’s. Right below it is a blinkie for $1 off 2. So, I bought 6 packages (which came out to $6 after the coupons) and got my $5 cat. $1 for 3 pounds of shredded cheese!! SCORE :)

SUCH a great deal!! Wish I had a Freddies nearby! Might be a fun excursion, though. LOL!

I was so excited about the Motts ( I still have toddlers and they like apple juice) I ordered some coupons off of ebay for the first time. When I went to run the deal today it didn’t come out free. That’s when I noticed that the coupons were for $.50/1. Now I know to check a little more carefully. $.50/ each is still good though!
