Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to $.50 each. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page.

We are proud to be apart of The Grocery Gathering over at BeCentsAble, posting for Safeway in Oregon & SW Washington.

What zip code did you use for the Toaster Strudel ecoupons? I can’t find that one on Cellfire. Thanks!

Is it possible to use both the $1/5 coupon as well as the $4/10 coupon on the weight watchers smart ones deal? I found the $1 coupon on the smart one’s website.

No, only one coupon on each item and the $4/10 attaches to all 10 items.

I was at Safeway yesterday to do the butter deal, the coupon says can’t be doubled. I didn’t even try because my Safeway is not the most user-friendly!

I am a newbie here and I am very excited but very confused…when its listed:

Red Baron Pizza on sale $3.99
Use $1/1 coupon here or here
Use Safeway double (-$.50)
$2.49 after coupon & double

What is the “Safeway double (-$.50)”?

Is this a separate coupon or something in the store? Or is this printing 2 MQs which somehow gives me another $.50? Clearly I’m confused! Any help would be much appreciated…can’t wait to go grocery shopping after work (who thought I’d ever say that?)!

Safeway doubler on page 2 of your Safeway ad allows you to double up to 4 coupons with a limit of .50 on the double. So, basically you get an extra .50 off. Safeway policy does not double internet coupons, however, some cashiers do so you may or may not get internet printables doubled.

I got my free butter! They were VERY low when I went. They were out of the red box (like the ad) but the other varties ran up with no problems. Remember to check out the clearance areas. Our Safeway (Astoria, OR) has a rack in front and back this week. I bought Organic pretzels, Seventh Generation products, and ginger ale all at 50% off. Seventh Generation’s website has IPs available too (wish I had some with me – Oh well!) There was tons of pasta, pasta sauces, cake mixes, cereal (frootloops, apple jacks toystory promo ones), animal food/flea collars and more. Happy deal hunting this week! :)

I just logged onto Safeway’s eCoupons – there is a $3/10 SmartOnes (would only be available if you haven’t printed this).

SmartOnes, $1.29 x 10
-$4.00/10 Printable
-$3.00/10 eCoupon
=$0.59 each

(These are actually $1.50 in Spokane, so $0.80 each here)

I tried getting the free butter and the cheap cereal using the printable manufacturer coupons, but when I got to the register the lady said that she couldn’t accept the coupons because they didn’t have a special bar code printed on them. I got them from the Smart Source website. Do you know what went wrong? I’m discouraged –this being the second time my “deal” (Target & Safeway) didn’t work the way it should have.

The Red Baron pizza coupon links are for Red Baron Pan Pizza, which is not part of the $3.99 sale. They were $5.49 at my store here in Gladstone. I was so excited because the Red Baron Pan Pizza has amazing crust and is my favorite frozen pizza, super bummed when I got to the store!
