Most of these deals use a Safeway double coupon, which is available at Oregon & SW Washington (Wahkiakum, Cowlitz, Clark, Skamania & Klickitat Counties) Safeways only. You can double up to 4 manufacturer’s coupons per transaction, up to $.50 each. You may not double a coupon marked with “Do Not Double” or an internet printable coupon. The double coupon is found in the weekly ad at the bottom of the middle page and look’s like this:

I got the catalina info at Fred’s yesterday, but thought it didn’t start until the 4th, and wasn’t sure if it would print at Safeway….so THANK YOU!!! THis is the only brand I use!
Any word on buying more than 2 in one transaction? If I buy 8 packages will I get 4 $2 catalinas?
My cat said “buy (3) OR MORE & get $3.00″. So I am guessing if you buy 3 or 8, you will get a $3 Cat.
Yes & the best deal with these coupons is to buy 2 at a time.

Does this also work for liners? I noticed that it was only for pads and tampons, so if anyone tried it and it works, I would like to know. TIA
Yes, it works on the liners too! I just tried it when I went back to give some coupons to my cashier
It does not work on the “u” products, but all other Kotex products.
Will this catalina roll?
I just purchased 4 boxes of tampons in the same transaction and received 2 $2 catalinas. I had intended to put them in separate transactions, but was pleasantly surprised when 2 cats printed!
i tried buying 4 packs of pads in the same transaction and did not get 2 $2 cats. instead i got 1 $3 cat.
Is there a limit on the number of times you can do this deal to get the catalinas? Like with RiteAid, this is a limit on the Rite Rewards. I have a teenage neice who is going through pads like crazy and would love to stock up for her, but don’t know how many I can get.
There is no limit that I’m aware of. You’ll just need to purchase them in separate transactions to get the best deal with the cats. Hope that helps. You can use the cats from a previous transaction to pay for the next (“roll them”) and you’ll still get more.
I just purchased 2 boxes of tampons and 2 packs of pads in the same transaction and only got 1 $2.50 cat.
I think my catalina machine was broken because the Kotex didn’t print. Who should I contact about that?
