Howard found an awesome regional tortilla coupon! The link below will take you straight to the correct zip code.
La Victoria Tortillas (8 ct) on sale $1.39 (Just4U price, load to your card in the coupon center)
Use $1/1 coupon (zip 18501)
$.39 after coupon
Here’s how to change your zip. Go here first and enter zip code. Then come back to the above link or here and clip the coupons.
Thanks, Howard!
Safeway doubles most manufacturer’s coupons to to $.50 each in Oregon and SW Washington. Find more Safeway deals here.

I am not seeing the coupon.
I swear it was there just a couple hrs ago when I was on my laptop. Now I’m on my desktop ready to print it and it’s vanished. (I was using zip code 18501 while looking for the Ocean Spray juice cpn.)
Sorry, keep trying if you like.
Shoot, I just blew about half an hour trying to relocate this sucker but could not. It must have been pulled somewhere between 347 pm when I saw and posted it and 609 pm. I’ve been trying it again with different zip codes, but no luck. I used my two newspaper cpns on Sunday at Albertsons and was trying to get two more here. I must learn to run to the desktop when I’m on the laptop and find a screaming online cpn mentioned.
zip code 62946
Thanks for the tips, m and Pat. I too have had trouble yesterday and today entering the new ZIP code and getting coupons.com to accept it for the coupons page (after inputting it to Local). Finally got two printed using 62946. What seemed to work was entering the new ZIP under local, closing the coupons.com window entirely, then opening it again and seeing the new ZIP there under Local before clicking on Cpns.
I don’t care much for their website anyway, especially the way it makes you scroll through 270 cpns to get to the one you want to print a 2nd time.
And You’re Welcome to those who thanked me. I’m not rich but am comfortable, and this is a big hobby for me. I enjoy saving money for myself and for others, and throwing in an amusing or snarky comment once in a while.
Howard, try zip 97005. Just got the coupon there. I’m in LO, but it keeps changing my zip to this one and found the coupon there about 10 min. ago. Good Luck, and always enjoy your info and comments.
I bought the tortillas yesterday and was told by the manager that I could use the just 4 u price or my $1 coupon from SS and my double but not both. So I opted for my own coupon because it made the tortillas cheaper. He says the just 4 u price is basically a manufacturers coupon and can’t use both.
My Safeway store told me the same thing.
I have heard that if the price is listed on the coupon-for example, $1.39 each and it isn’t an actual amount off, like .50 off then it is allowed with an MQ. The J4U coupons that say EACH are essentially the same coupons that are still printed in the Safeway ads. I think it’s the MQ that are an actual amount OFF that cannot be combined with a MQ in person.
Thank you Stephanni but I’m still confused =)!
Your logic is correct, but there have been several posts the last couple days indicating problems with this deal. I didn’t download it, but will print a couple of the online ones I found yesterday (that disappeared before I could print) and save for future use. My Safeways don’t double digitals although a few of their clueless cashiers will do it.
Printed it from the zip code given. Had to search for it on the 2nd print but was able to do this twice.
coupons.com moves a printed cpn to the end of the listings and makes you page through to the end to find it again.
How many can you buy at this price? Is there a limit?
It’s a 1-time use cpn, and usually you can buy multiples in ONE transaction, and then not be able to use it again.
Go Howard!! Woop woop!!!
Love this coupon! Thanks Howard!
I had no problems using the coupon this morning with the just for you. I bought 23 packages of tortillas, and used 23 coupons and a doubler. I paid $6.98 OOP for all. I came home and threw them in the freezer.
Jen, how many transactions did you make?
It’s a one-time use coupon. Usually there’s no limit on those. But you can’t use this type of cpn more than once, if the system works properly.
It’s interesting how differently each store interprets coupon use.
All well and good but those taste like cardboard really even at .39 cents a pkg they taste like cardboard..Hey, Howard get the 1-800 number off the cascade tabs with dawn in them, call them and get your $3.00 coupon, they are on sale for only $3.99 this week at safeway use the coupon double it and it would have been $.49 cents plus the 8.4 on the $3.99 making it .33 cents tax and .49 for the purchase coming to .82 cents for 20 wonderful tablets with dawn in them to clean your dishes definitely cheaper than Winco that sunlight brand or no name tab pkgs..You can call Proctor and Gambel every few months and get that $3.00 coupon which is a real mfg coupon with your name on it and get that deal..they are also only $3.99 at Target normally priced, if you get to Portland there would be no tax and only .99 cents for 20 of those neat tabs, they USED to send coupons for free products but discounted it this year! Sorry, but $3.00 off plus a double is great when it comes down to less than a buck for 20 tabs that clean great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just a suggestion!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
None of the stores in or near Gresham even have the La Victoria tortillas. Has anyone found them anywhere?
They are not on the regular shelves with the other tortillas. They are on a cardboard display that says, “New Item”. In Damascus it was next to the tortillas, but I almost missed it.
I live in Beaverton and have called Albertson’s, Safeway , Thriftway, FM, Walmart and QFC and no one carries this item… Anyone in my area find them??
Raleigh Hills has them on an end display at the back of the aisle that carries Salsa, jalpenos, etc. But the display was empty all last week. Getting a rain check based on my printout. Should have done it today but the cashiers were so busy, decided to wait a day or two and not force one to work at customer service. Pretty sure they won’t care that I want a rain check after the sale has ended – since I have my printout….
Hi, Howard. Actually, with the new coupons.com website, you don’t have to scroll all the way down to print the second coupon; just pick which category the coupon falls under (i.e., “food,” etc.) and it will be at the end of that section. Less scrolling! (Yeah!)
Yes I did notice that a couple of mine that had reached the print limit were at the end of the Foods section.
OK, I finally figured out this coupons.com nonsense, at least for now.
Thanks to the How to Change Your Zip info above, this is how to do it.
Click on this link first.

Don’t be put off if it reads Bayer Health Care products. Enter the desired ZIP and click on the blue arrow. LEAVE THAT WINDOW OPEN and go to coupons.com and look for the coupon(s) you want. If you wish, click on Local first to verify that the zip has been changed, then click on Coupons to select your cpns.
Why don’t you just use the coupon that was in the Oregonian and us their doubler and get it for free??

Several have reported issues at the store in regard to the $1.39 downloaded price (which includes a 40-cent J4U discount) preventing use of the $1 cpn and of course the doubler with it.
If you still have your $2 off grapefruit juice coupon you can get it free at Safeway till Tuesday. Just picked up my 2 today and the cashier doubled them which made them $1 money maker with buying the 2. They are on sale for $2.
Where did you get the $2.00 grapefruit coupon from? I love grapefruit juice!
It’s on coupons.com under zip code 18051.
It’s under “food” (good for fruit or juice)
Got it! Thank you Miss Steph!
As a side note, because of so much coupons.com talk this week – check out http://www.grocerycouponnetwork.com/coupons/
Same coupons as coupons.com. Zip code not hidden. Out on the left at all times and easy to change and view. You can sort by foods and then jump to Page 7 or whichever page you want so for print two, so much faster to find – just jump to last page or apx end page of food section, as example. Also, if you notice a coupon “you might want” when looking for another coupon, you can note the Page Number its on and easily jump back to that page if you want to use up a whole sheet of paper. Just about everytime a link starts to direct me to coupons.com, I just go to my saved IO tab for grocerycouponnetwork and find the coupon so much faster than clicking through coupons.com.
Thanks again for grapefruit coupon!
Thanks for the tip, got 2 today for $0.
That juice I got was 100% ocean spray no sugar added.
