Way to go! I have to say I am impressed with the Safeway deals this week. I picked up fruit snacks, the dressings, several packages of nut clusters, granola bars, cereal, milk, a Sunday paper, and yogurt. My total before coupons was a little over $81, and after coupons it was $5.44 with a $2.50 catalina from the fruit snacks. I LOVE those ecoupons. They make a huge difference when combining with paper coupons and doubles!
did she tell you how she worked it?
I did 4 transactions and had coupons for everything except the salad, avocado’s, and the mushrooms. I used at total of 23 coupons plus I had e coupons for the fruit snacks. I also used the Safeway double coupons on each transaction. I split it up so the overage from my cereal coupons would go to another product that I had also coupon for, making it pretty darn cheap or in some cases free.
Very nice. What cereal coupons did you use? I went to Safeway yesterday and purchased 20 boxes of cereal for 8 bucks! saved 89% off retail! I was very excited.
I used 9 $1 off 1 box of Quaker oatmeal squares. In one transaction I used 5 got the cereal free with $2.00 overage. Then used the other 4 and a $1.50 off 1 box of fruit snacks making it all free with $2.50 overage.
Did you do all your transactions back to back, in the same line with the same cashier? Just wodering if you can do it that way. Or if you need to take your stuff out to your car come back in find a new cashier?
I had the best cashier ever. He was so nice and had no problem with me doing separate transactions.
What Qs did you use on the YoBaby?
I got them off the Stonyfield site a while ago…$1/1 yobaby yogurt
