Stride Rite is having a big sale again! Through September 6, Stride Rite has put all footwear Buy One, Get One 50% off! Use the code BTSBOGO if you purchase your shoes on the online store.
Now is the time to get high quality shoes for fall/winter for your kids (I know, it’s just started getting warm!).
As I’ve said before, I always buy Stride Rite shoes for my children’s wide feet. Of course, Stride Rite are a bit more than other shoes, but since I only purchase one pair per kid, per season, I can afford to get a shoe that will last then entire school year and fits my children’s feet well — and this sale will help my dollars go even further!
The only problem I ever have with Stride Rite sales is that their stock goes very quickly. Do not wait until the end of August and expect to find your kid’s size and preferred style in stock, especially if they wear wide sizes. This goes for online too. Find a time in the next 2-3 weeks and get your kids in the store for the best selection.

Stride Rite gave me a pair of shoes to help me facilitate this review. All opinions are 100% mine — we really do buy only Stride Rite shoes for our kids.

How big do their sizes go? In the past, I’ve always bought Payless or Target shoes for my kids, but my 9-yr-old son is now staying in sizes longer and he’s literally wearing his shoes out before he outgrows them (he wears boys size 3). I really want to find a good brand for him. Just wondered since the pictures showed toddlers.
The kids sizes go up to size 5 so you should be able to find him a pair that will last. I went to the Stride Rite outlet in Woodburn, OR on Monday and they have men’s and women’s sizes that are the BOGO 50% as well as the kids. You could buy a pair for your son and one for yourself or your husband!
I love Stride Rite for my toddlers. I buy from the Outlet in North Bend, WA and in January they have a clearance sale. This year, I was able to score 8 pairs of shoes for about $100. At $15 each that is a great price, and since I have two girls they hold up long enough for each to wear them.
