After you’ve played Walgreens and Rite Aid for awhile, you end up “buying” stuff your family doesn’t actually use so you can make money to purchase what you do use. What can you do with all that extra stuff?
We are firm believers in giving away that which you will not use in a timely manner. Don’t hoard it, donate it. But I’m stumped as to what to do with all my blood glucose monitors. I know that those on Medicare get monitors for free, so do senior centers need them? How about community non-profit health clinics?
If you have specific suggestions of where to donate monitors, please leave a comment! It would be great if someone knows for sure that an organization can use them.
