    Hi,
Just wondering, is the $16.99 sale an in-store price? It says “online price” on Target’s site, but Cartwheel doesn’t work online, does it? (also, it says unavailable online, and trying a few stores shows “out of stock” for in-store).
Still the combo of coupons is helpful! Thanks!
