My boys and I headed for Target this morning and made a few discoveries:
First, I printed the $1/1 Target Up & Up Baby & Toddler Wipe coupon from the computer kiosk in the customer service area. No problem! Ask an employee how to print them as it’s not at all clear how to do it from the beginning screen.
Second, the Up & Up Toddler Wipes are priced at $.97. I only purchased one since the coupon states “one coupon per transaction” and I didn’t want any hassles at checkout. Interestingly, the coupon scanned at $0, so I didn’t get the package for free. Has this happened to anyone else?
The tub of baby wipes are a great deal, priced at $1.55. Use the $1/1 Target coupon and they come out to less than a penny a wipe.
From reports, most of the East Portland stores are wiped out (pun intended). Hopefully they will restock soon.
Third, the Rayovac batteries are $1 at the Dollar Spot section in the front of the store. Some regions in the country received a $1/1 Rayovac Alkaline coupon in the 11/8 SS insert, which makes each package FREE after coupon (the Alkaline batteries are the two pack pictured on the right).
There are also new wood toys in the Dollar Spot: airplanes, trucks, cars, etc. that would make great stocking stuffers or wrapped gifts for a little boy (or girl!).
Fourth, I did the Glade candle deal as advertised in this week’s Target ad (last page): buy any 5 Glade Holiday scents @ $2.50 each, get a $5 Target gift card. I used (4) $1.50/1 tin coupons, (4) “Buy a tin, get a refill FREE” coupons and (1) $1.50/2 jarred candle coupon — most were internet printables and scanned without any beeping or questions from my cashier.
I purchased 10 items and thought I would get (2) $5 cards. I only received one as the Apple Cinnamon is not a holiday scent, even though it is included in the end-cap display. Make sure you only purchase the ones that state “Holiday” on the front label, like the ones pictured below.
