Here’s what I bought at Target today.
I bought the Pull-ups to test out the new coupon change (my son is no where near potty training, but I’m ready!). I also went a little crazy with sanitizing supplies. My daughter threw up in the car yesterday. Hence, the bleach, hand sanitizer and hand soap. You can never have enough sanitizing supplies and for only $.47 each! The Cheerios were not rock bottom but cheaper than WinCo by a few pennies. The tanks were a great deal! I also bought my favorite Cover Girl tinted moisturizer that I ran out of this morning. I had a $1/1 coupon but it was not on a sale. Not included in the picture are 2 Freschetta pizzas. We needed a quick dinner tonight because of the FLNW party. The pizzas were cheaper than Little Cesears and they taste better too!
I spent a total of $35.25 after my Target REDCard Debit card. I have been very happy with the Target REDcard Debit card and have found a good system to help me stay within my cash budget. I spend about $20 a week at Target. At the beginning of the month, I add up all the Monday’s (which is when I go to Target) and multiply that by 20. If there are 5 Monday’s, I keep out $100. If only 4, than $20. You get the idea. I keep track of all Target receipts for the month to make sure I’m on track and adjust towards the end of the month for any shortage or overage.
You can check out this week’s Target deals to see which coupons I used in my transaction.
