WOW!! Very professional! I love this!
If you live near Summit or Tukwila Trading (in Puyallup & Tukwila, WA) they ALWAYS have at least 2 double coupons in their weekly ad.
Great video! Thank you! I learned something new – I didn’t know that Albertson’s will double coupons that say “do not double.” Great tip – thanks!
And I love that you wrote out the info below the video for people.
Where do you find double coupons? The Sunday paper?
safeway newsapaper
I went to pick up a paper tonight (tuesday) assuming the grocery store ads for tomorrow would be in it, but no ads. Aren’t they supposed to be in the Tuesday paper? Also, doesn’t Walgreens have an ad in Sunday’s paper? I haven’t seen a Walgreens ad in my paper in ages.
Albertsons & Safeway ads are released in the Tuesday Oregonian and Wednesday in the Puget Sound area.
Walgreens is released on Sunday. If you’re buying your paper in the store, it may not have all the ads. Home delivery is supposed to have all ads. I suggest you contact the paper if you have delivery and aren’t getting the Walgreens ad.
Of course, all ads are available on the store’s website the first day of the sale cycle.
Just a heads up… The Idaho Statesman often has someone offering a killer special in the Fred Meyer entry lobby. I have seen them both at the Meridian Fred Meyer and at the Nampa one. The offer is $1 Sunday papers plus holidays delivered. The only catch is that to get the deal, you pay for the year up front. So for 52.00 plus tax I get all my Sunday papers delivered, plus any holiday papers : ) I thought this was a pretty good deal. Saves $26 per year if you buy them at winco for $1.50 and is half price if you buy them at Freddies for $2.00.
Wow! Great advice… Thanks!
Does the website for RedPlum and SuperSavers have the same coupons as the Sunday newspaper? I’m in McMinnville, do we get all those inserts in our newspaper as well? Or do I need to have my family in Salem save the P&G, RP, SS etc for me?
One additional source for coupons if you are a military service member or family member who can use the commissary. Your hunt for coupons becomes much easier. Most military commissaries (DECA) have coupon inserts at the store entrance. Some of these will be “commissary-only” coupons, but not all. On my trip to the commissary yesterday, I picked up multiple copies of each of the following from the stacks:
-Family Magazine (mixed military-only coupons and manufacturer coupons)
-DECA Coupon Connection (mixed military-only coupons and manufacturer coupons)
-P&G brandSAVER (manufacturer coupons)
-DECA Maxi Saver (mixed military-only coupons and manufacturer coupons)
-Eat Healthy Your Way (Eating Well) (military-only coupons)
Additionally, these inserts included some internet links of interest for more coupons:
ConAgra Foods Military Deals – http://www.conagracommissarydeals.com/military-deals.jsp (military)
The Family Unit (P&G) – http://thefamilyunitpg.com (military)

Are the eCoupons considered store or manufacture coupons?
They are considered Manufacturer… sometimes the coupons hanging on the shelf in the store will also state that they are manufacture, or MFR coupons.
What is the relationship between the Red Plum mailer I receive each Tuesday and the Red Plum Sunday insert? I live in Seattle and get the Seattle Times, which doesn’t have a Red Plum insert. My mailer is dated for the coming Sunday – is it the same as the upcoming newspaper insert?
I have seen in a lot of deals you guys use coupons from All You Magazine, where do you guys get that at?
Tabitha you can get All You from Wallmart.
Walmart
how can a person get ahold of food day paper they deliver when they feel like it mostly never.
I’m a beginner trying to figure this all out. Are the ecoupons manufacturer coupons or store coupons or both?
They are usually manufactures coupons. Safeway and Fred Meyer will both only allow you to use a paper or ecoupon. however, you can combine a paper store coupon with an ecoupon. You just have to scan your rewards/club card last.
Just bought a paper from Safeway and all the coupons were stolen out of it. Guess this is a growing problem:
