UPDATE: I just finished emailing JC, the owner of Zaycon, and they are indeed sold out for all Portland and SW Washington locations. This was a big misunderstanding on my part and I sincerely apologize for not having the correct information to give to all of you.
You can get on the waiting list, as there are always cancellations and no-shows, by emailing email@example.com with “waiting list” in the subject line and full name, preferred pick-up location, # of cases you’d like and the best phone number to reach you.
You can still order for the Puget Sound area. If you have a friend or family member in the area, you could always have them pick your box up (not ideal, I know). Or you could order a bunch of boxes with friends and have one person drive up to the Olympia location in mid-November.
Want to get boneless, skinless chicken breast for just $1.48/lb? Friday, October 29 is the last day to order your 40 pound box of chicken breast from Zaycon Foods if you are in Oregon or SW Washington. You have until Monday, November 1 to order if you’re in the Puget Sound area (Olympia to Everett).
Zaycon has added Hillsboro as a drop-off location. Here’s the schedule for Oregon & SW Washington’s delivery on Monday, November 8:
Portland: 8:00 am – Noon
Wilsonville: 9:00 – 10:00 am
LazerQuick Parking Lot on SW Kinsman Rd
Hillsboro: 9:00 – 10:00 am
Twin Oaks Airpark on River Rd
Salem: 11:30 am – 12:30 pm
Top to Bottom Parking Lot on Lancaster Dr
St Helens: 4:30 – 5:30 pm
Parking Lot on Sykes Rd
Longview, WA: 6:30 – 7:30 pm
It looks like Zaycon is still looking for a delivery location in Portland and Longview. If you know of a medium-large sized parking lot in a convenient location that they could use, shoot me an email.
