What’s for dinner? This week’s menu plan (11/5)

Menu Plan by Brittany

Confession: I have not menu planned in over a year. I fell off the bandwagon. I used to rave about how amazing it was so I am climbing back on, starting this week. It makes such a huge difference to have a plan before 5 o’clock rolls around.

I had to fight the urge not to put soup on the menu every day this week. What is it about the rain that makes me want my dinner in hot steamy liquid form?

Here’s what’s for dinner at my house this week:

Monday Cheesy Green Chile & Potato Chowder

Tuesday Pumpkin Waffles (I skip the ginger because I think it ruins most things, not a fan)

Wednesday — Spaghetti

Thursday — Chicken Noodle Soup with Squash

Friday Beef & Vegetable Stew

Saturday — Date Night (long overdue)

Sunday Teryaki Chicken Bowl With Cabbage

Love this idea of planning out the week’s menu. I need to start doing it.
