It is hard to believe September has arrived and summer is winding down. This is always such a crazy-bountiful time of year, with so much produce peaking at the same time. This week’s menu will be featuring some things that are going crazy in my garden right now: kale, basil, tomatoes, and cucumbers.

Tuesday — Black Beans & Brown Rice with salsa, watermelon
Wednesday — Panzanella, fresh corn, fruit salad
Friday — Burritos with Crockpot Pinto Beans, fruit salad
Saturday — Leftovers
Sunday — Dinner Out
